I don't remember who made my sub, but I noticed he's a trainee so that may help when it comes in terms of praise. I ordered an Italian B.M.T with double cheese, toasted, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, salt & pepper, mayo and an amount of black olives that goes way against the standards. Not only did this man make my sub, he delivered too. He threw out the standard 6-8 olives per footlong and created a sub with an ungodly amount of olives and it. Tastes. Delicious. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. The woman didn’t know what she was doing. I had to tell her what was on the sandwiches we ordered and show her what flatbread was. She was NOT friendly, didn’t put the right amount of meat or cheese on the sandwiches and then made a mess of my sandwich, got all the sauce all over the outside of my sandwich it ended up a soggy mess. This establishment refuses to serve free water. It's not illegal but it is usually common courtesy to give customers small cups for free tap water. First time I was told they don't give out free water cups. Next time I was told the water wasn't working in the drink fountain. I bought a cup and the fountain water worked fine! Seems that store policy does not value what is usually common courtesy. Shady buisness tactic. Everything else is par for the course...
