The drive through is always backed up. The times that we have came here probably in the last 3 months not once have we ever gotten the right order. Today I went through the drive through because I needed hot water for my sons bottle. I asked them for a cup of large hot water so we could fill our thermos. When I got to the window they had given us our water bottle and then weâre waiting for us to leave so I said âweâre just waiting for the large cup of hot waterâ he looked irritated and went and after a couple mins came back with a small hot water. Usually I would just leave it and take it and not say anything and I wouldnât normally leave a review for this but I thought it my mind that they havenât got any of our orders correct recently and they probably havenât been getting other peoples correct either. So I decided to correct it and politely said âoh itâs supposed to be a large cup of hot waterâ. * mind you I have my crying teething hungry baby in the back this whole time* he puts the cup down aggressively and looks irritated again. He leaves and goes to serve someone a donut and then a girl comes and tryâs to hand me a medium cup. So I said again âoh itâs supposed to be a largeâ and she does the same thing puts it down aggressively and all irritated. I wait again and the original guy comes back and hands me the same medium. I gave him a look and he said â we can only serve you this sizeâ I said âsorry what?â And he said âyup sorry we can only serve you this size. Thanks. Byeâ at that point I took the cup and drove off because I was desperate to feed my baby. I know that was such a load of BS. You can for sure serve me a large cup of hot water. Youâre being lazy and not wanting to do your job. I have never once heard that excuse from any Timâs including this location before today. 7/10/25 Decided to give Tim Hortonâs a 2nd chance and the food was great! However, the customer service was 1 star. It being only my 2nd time at this establishment, I decided on walk-in service to take a look at the menu. The screens changed so fast I wasnât able to get a good view of my choices. I left, went to the Chevron right next store and purchased skittles. I still wanted something of substance so I went back to Tim Hortons and tried to look at the quick moving menu a second time. After a minute or so I finally approached the counter still unsure of what I wanted. I tried asking questions about the menu but they were ignored. I still canât tell you the name of the drink as I was just asking a question about it and the cashier just input it into the computer. I paid in cash and that was met with a sigh and an attitude of annoyance. When I received my food at the pick up counter, it was tossed at me as the cashier didnât make eye contact or even say thank. Went through the drive-thru. As always fast and friendly. I would have about this Tim Hortons is the approach to the drive-thru and people not being able to properly line up as sometimes in the morning the line up can be to the traffic lights instead of the peavey Mart parking lot.
