Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Deer Lake

I am writing this because I’ve had two of the worst experiences here. The first time, I ordered a breakfast farmers wrap - 20 minutes after placing the mobile order I make it there and my order still isn’t ready. I waited another 10-15 minutes before inquiring as they were obviously busy. 45 minutes total for a breakfast wrap.

The second time, I placed a mobile order for a coffee before leaving my cabin (approx 20 minutes) and when I arrived the front door was locked and I was told by a worker to go stand by the drive through window. So after waiting in the drizzle for 7-8 minutes I got my coffee.

This is 100 percent the WORST Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. Hope they can solve their staffing...

The slowest Tim Hortons I have been too. It took over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. The cold brew was nothing but cream ( made incorrectly). Only 1 person working the front til. I also seen a worker come from the back of the store to the store front with their personal coffee in their hand while taking inventory of what needed to be stocked. This food establishment promotes unfair working conditions and consistently breaks the law by forcing their underage workers to work nightshifts, paying them inaccurately whether it be more or less than they worked or not at all, and not listening to their employees when they say when they can and cant work and still putting out schedules not listening to them, they throw out thousands of dollars of food because they cannot order the right amounts so a lot of it goes in the garbage, this place has extremely unfair working conditions and i hope they reassess the...
