*update in response to their response…you can clearly see in the photos i have posted especially the one with the single slice that there is only cheese on half the slice of pizza. Loaded edge to edge, are we looking at the same pictures!!??? What an absolute joke. Absolutely not. Yes the photos do speak for themselves and your response also does. I will not be returning at all. At least live up to your mistake and accept the fact that possibly you skimped out on the cheese. I have never ever ever had pizza from anywhere with so little cheese, it was extremely disappointing, sorry you do not compare to competitors. The cheese pizza we ordered for the kids had an acceptable amount, however the butter chicken and the beef 100% did not. Dont even try to justify yourself. There should be no areas that have missing cheese, very uneven ratio. Very disappointing. I cannot stand businesses that try to gaslight customers and accept their mistakes, it seems to be happening too often now days.

Crust & Crunch might just be the holy grail of Indian pizza joints on Scott Rd — and that’s saying something, because Scott Rd has more pizza places than Starbucks has syrups. Most of these spots claim to do “thin crust,” but apparently think that means “barely thinner than a mattress.” Not these guys. Crust & Crunch actually delivers on the thin crust promise — crispy, light, and covered in toppings from edge to glorious edge.

And the toppings? Fresh, generous, and stacked like they’re trying to prove a point. I also tried the wings — big, juicy, and seasoned just right (not the “salt mine special” you get elsewhere).

Long story short: Crust & Crunch has officially stolen my pizza loyalty. Everyone else is just background noise now. 🍕🔥

Edit Oct 29/2025: So I ordered another pizza and it was was deluxe, it's was burnt and very shy on toppings so I bumped my 5 star rating to a 3. Once you send out a burnt pizza you have pretty much lost...
