Dilli Express — Restaurant in Delta

Just visited this place and I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. Zero customer service and dirty place. The table and seats were sticky. We were given dirty cutlery, the girl who helped us was absolutely blank she did not know anything that was on the menu. (I can ignore that because maybe she was new) however the way the food was served was so unhygienic. I didn’t even want to eat it. Dirty gloves serving the food, the plates had old stains and the food was dripping out of the dish it was served in. When asked for clean cutlery, the girl bought it and dropped it in the dish of the food that was sitting there. We wanted to storm out but didn’t want to make a scene. It bothers me how the owners don’t properly train their staff. Food was okayish but it is the customer service that will be the demise of this place. Message to the owner/s: Please train your staff properly and it is a restaurant, cleanliness matters alot. Keep the place clean and tidy. I went to pay at the front counter and to my dismay it was the cash counter/ chaat bar all in one. It was so messy and filthy that I am beginning to question how bad their kitchen will...

Noodles! I ordered the Garlic Noodles (Non-Veg) from this place on Uber Eats, and wow—easily one of the best meals I've had. The flavor was outstanding: the garlic really came through beautifully, the spice level was just right—bold enough to give it that perfect kick without being overpowering—and the veggies were fresh and thoughtfully chosen. You can tell the chef knows exactly what they’re doing. The balance of taste, texture, and heat was spot on.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, and it truly made our visit special.

The food is absolutely delicious and tastes authentically Dilli-style. We tried their chaat, paneer tilla, chole, and fresh naan, and every bite was full of flavour. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and the spice levels are just right.
