Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Delta

Long overdue review as this is by far the best Panago location I have eaten at . The staff is all very friendly - owner & employees; I am always greeted with pleasant smiles even before I walk in through the door. What’s even more amazing is that my order is always custom and not once have they let me down. 10/10 every time . It’s ready within 15 minutes or less , tastes amazing and is always hot ! This was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was soaked with who knows what, crust was dry and overcooked, no sauce, and where is my bacon? I tried to call the store to rectify the issue, only for them to pass off my complaint to door dash who in turn decided I only deserved an $11 refund, even though the pizza was $45 after everything said and done. DO NOT ORDER HERE, this is the most disgusting pizza in Tsawwassen, not to mention the terrible customer service for the uneducated manager that just repeated the same rehearsed lines over...

We had a taste for pizza Friday night and decided to give our local Panago a try because I used to love their Chicken club pizza. First I'd like to give top marks for the person who took our order, she was very pleasant to deal with. The pizza however was very disappointing. The pizza was lacking in both sauce and tomatoes which when done properly makes this pizza delicious. Some pieces didn't have any tomato at all. Sad that trying to skimp on a couple of toppings will cost this location any of our future business. There are a lot of other choices...
