Subway — Restaurant in Delta

Came to Subway August 31st @7:17PM

The worst subway I have ever been to.

I was ordering with my sister. My sister started, requesting a six inch sandwich, the lady putting the sandwich together put a foot long down and putting meat on it. My sister didn't want to waste the food so we just complied.

I proceeded to get a rotisserie style chicken bowl. She did not ask me if I wanted cheese on my bowl. She had yet to get to the beans and salsa (which I thought were standard on every bowl as the menu stated such) and she asked me what sauce I wanted. I got the chipotle which she recommended, and then asked her if I was able to get beans or rice or something. She proceeded to put mayo on the sandwich. Which I did not request or want. When checking out at the till, my sister inquired to see if there were any cookies, as there were none in the case. The lady helping us said that there were some, and we requested two white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. She said that was okay and then told us we could get drinks as well to make it a combo.

I paid, and her coworker proceeded to give their last white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie (turns out they only had one) to a customer two people behind us. We requested a refund on the cookie as I only like that specific cookie and the...

I have no idea why this place has a high rating. Staff female didn't show any interest in preparing meal, didn't advice and overall felt like she was sleeping at work. Secondly, she didn't care that second screen was broken and didn't give a thing about fixing it, even when I mentioned customers can't order, only four types of sandwiches on display. On what she started smiling, the normal person would be embarrassed and address it. I don't understand who and why those people are even hired, as they constantly show complete incompetence and disregard for their responsibilities and business itself. Of course the sandwich she prepared felt like a mess of different stuffing, rather than a sandwich as a whole.

I won't be visiting this place and don't recommend it to anyone, who respects themselves. And as a rule it seems, there is a trend with all fast food chains everywhere. Horrible

Edited: this one is for the new staff at this location. What a change over. Very polite, always smiling, welcoming staff. Orders always on point, efficient staff, cleanliness of the store. Everything is great. Great power to all the staff. Abhi

I wanted to give 0 stars to this location's staff. I am a big subway fan and have never wrote a bad review for subway. But this location's staff and their preparation of food made me do this for the very first time. RUDE STAFF. Cold food. No veggies in your sub. I had to throw my sandwich. Even my 9 year old son was asking me that why this lady is yelling at people. Apron was missing and staff was wearing dirty t-shirt. Please avoid this location at any cost. There is another branch near Tsawwassen mall at canoe pass way. Go there if needed. Even though this location is just 3 min away from my place, I would NEVER visit them again....
