A&W Canada — Restaurant in Dieppe

I got a chicken wrap and this is what I got (see photo). When I went back to the counter and asked if it could be remade, as iit was in pieces. What I was told is. " our wraps are just like that sorry, there is nothing we can do about it".

Maybe don't leave the wrap bread out so long that it cracks into 10 pc.

Not only was this very rude, but they did not offer any help, or anything different to eat, no refunds or anything. We had traveled over an hour and a half, and stoped here to eat. I have worked in customer service myself, and I understand how some customers can be "difficult" however, this was flat out rude, and horrible work ethic, bad service. I am not who sure who the owner is of this location, but you need to teach your employees the importance of customer services, and actual work...

Normally very pleased with this location. Friendly staff, great service, even better food. Today was not so much. We walked in for breakfast service close to the end time but not so close that the menu had changed yet. There was a line of four people and ONE lady waiting on cash AND drive thru by herself (she was doing her damn best). We waited until our turn and it only came after SIX staff came back from breaks, and as one came back she flipped the menu boards. We were turned away for breakfast simply because they didn't have enough people doing service. The people ahead of us also had to change their plans for food but because of timing not the person ahead of them. Wow! Has this place ever gone downhill...All Canadian Breakfast served with wooden utensils inside a restaurant. I went and asked for a real fork as the taste made me physically sick. They had none. Two perfectly good breakfasts went into the garbage. It is not fast food you can eat with your fingers. The taste of those wooden utensils is horrible, and customers should be advised before entering a restaurant that you can not get real utensils. We would never have gone there had we known.
