Little Ceasars isn't really a restaurant. It's kinda more like a crackhouse that sells pizza and other disgustingly delicious doughy creations. You know you shouldn't be eating it, but sometimes it's just the right thing to do.
The premise of little ceasars is quite simple. You walk in. You order. If you're lucky, what you ordered might be sitting on the heating rack behind the cash. If not, you wait 10 minutes.
They also have an innovative system where you place an order via an app, and 10 minutes later, your food appears in a heated rack at the front of the store. The heated rack machine has a qr code reader. You scan your code. A door unlocks. You grab your food. You leave. Pure magic.
The pizza isn't anything special, but the crazy bread goes hard. I don't visit often, maybe once every 6 months, but they seem to always be innovating on new foods, which makes me question my life decisions and my purpose as a human.
There's no tables, no chairs, no lavatory. There's literally just 3 park benches. If your food isn't ready, you have the luxury of sitting on a bench with the other plebeians waiting for their slop.
Little Ceasars offers a great low frills pizza experience at a decent price point. You don't come here to eat an authentic italian Margherita pizza. It's junk food pizza, and sometimes, that's just what you need at that very moment...
Read moreWon't visit this location again. Rude employees. Ordered pizza by phone one time and Debbie (Deb) was extremely rude during the whole call, she took the order then hung up on me without even taking my name.
Next visit I got a couple terrible pizzas. The pizza is usually fine, so for the first time ever, out of multiple hundreds of pizzas I've ordered, I called to let them know the two I ordered were not good at all. I was very polite but encountered another rude employee, Juanita the manager this time, that wasn't interested in fixing the problem unless I drove the pizza back to store. Obviously I'm not going to spend over an hour of my time and my gas to fix their mistake. Not worth the bad attitude and subpar pizza you'll receive at a premium price. The pizza is very rarely great but usually not worth complaining about but this time it was pathetic. Virtually no sauce at all and very little cheese. Told them I'll just order my pizza somewhere else and she made it very clear she was satisfied with losing a customer. I'll be calling the owner to let them know their store is having some issues due to staff with poor attitudes, staff that can't make a decent pizza and staff that aren't interested in resolving issues they've caused customers in a way...
Read moreRecently tried to order pizza by phone but was only able to leave a voicemail. I was driving and didnât have time to create a profile. I wasnât sure if my order was taken or if I should drive into town or not. I did and it was not. When I tried to give feedback calmly to the manager about a couple of things, she very aggressively and loudly brushed me off. Not one word of apology, other customers very uncomfortable but the manager didnât care. She âwasnât going to bother the ownerâ, so I was surprised when he called a couple of days later. Iâm sure my phone number was thrown out as the owner was actually replying to my later email.
This was his second chance to remedy the situation but no apologies again or any changes. He denied all my feedback but hoped I would still buy from his store! Between this treatment and the fat on their pizza (pools of it in the pepperoni), I will not be buying from Caesars ever again. This ruins the brandâs reputation everywhere - all over a 30 second phone order. We are all busy, customers and employees alike, but good service still has to be maintained. Very surprised this came from...
