I am not a competitor, just a pizza aficionado.

Here are the reasons your restaurant got a one star rating from me:

Your dough is terrible. It's dry. It's heavy. It's got no lift to it. Good pizza dough rises while it's being cooked and should be easy to bite into. The dough is the base of the pizza and when it's bad, there is no rescuing it.

I tried your donair, hoping that might be salvageable. What I got was terrible. Ordered a medium donair with cheese. The amount of meat on it at most places would be considered a small. The donair was also cold and the small amount of cheese was just dumped on top of it. It wasn't melted. That thing should have gone into the oven to heat up the meat and melt the cheese.

I tried the Riverview location and that was nothing but an unmitigated disaster as well. Large donair pizza that I called in for an order and when I got there they forgot to make it. When I finally got it home, it had tomatoes only on one side, two small cups for a large donair pizza, sauce was runny and tasted like vinegar The donair meat that was on it tasted like the shavings that fell into the pan and sat there all day long.

I would rank your pizza as dead last...

I honestly cannot rate my disappointment in this location. In the past I would have given 10 stars as I was pleasantly surprised at the service, food quality and price of what this location could give out but my experience today has me baffled on how a quick change can lose a long term client. In the past I have ordered a 12" Garlic Finger and paid roughly 12-13 dollars taxes in and found the food was very good for that price. Today it was almost 19.00 after taxes for a simple 12" Garlic Fingers when questioned on the price the response given was new Owners have purchased the location and everything was changing including the prices. The employee was very friendly and I applaud her great personality but I do not find what they charged me worth what I received as of such I will not be returning and personally would recommend people to double check your order amounts before making your way in...

Bought a half and half (pepperoni and garlic finger). Put in an online order that said it would be ready in 20mins-30mins. So I went over there at around 15mins, thinking sometimes it's early. If I have to wait a bit that's fine... I waited an extra 30mins after I arrived. I think they only started making it once I got there. And it was dead, no one else came in the entire time I waited there. Then I get home and check (and I know this isn't a massive deal) but the pepperoni wasn't the same as advertised. The photos online all look like the little cured pepperoni (which is the type I like) and when I got the pizza it had the big, salami-type pepperoni and had to pick them off. But it was a good price and the food was pretty good once I picked off...
