Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Dieppe

Its definitely the WORST pizza pizza branch I've ever bought from. I'm posting this after about 10 purchases here so Im certain that the service here is awful.

On 2 different occasions we've ordered online and gone in the store to be told "they dont have our order at all" only to be called 5 minutes after by someone from the branch claiming to be "costumer service" for the company literally harrassing us to go and pickup our order.

On top of that on 2 occasions the employees have been downright rude slaming things on the counter. The only reason we keep buying from this branch is because is literally 5 blocks away from our place but LAST NIGHT NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE TERRIBLE BUT ONE OF THE PIZZAS TASTED REALLY WEIRD so we wasted half our order on a pizza that we didn't eat.

Definitely not a place we would...

Placed an Order for a LG Donair pizza with an extra donair sauce tonight. Pizza was delivered, opened the box to discover not only did we NOT get the sauce we paid extra for but the pizza itself was nothing more than cooked dough with cheese. There were exactly 8 SMALL pieces of donair and 7- tomato pieces the size of a toonie at best! (Yes, I took a picture of the pizza and screenshot of the receipt) Although they jazzed it up with a lovely design of donair sauce in hopes of disguising the poor excuse for a pizza. (I'll add that the donair "design" was the sauce the comes included on the pizza and not the extra we paid for.) I can't believe whoever cooked it wasn't beyond embarrassed to send it out! Should have never left the store. Almost 40 dollars for cooked dough and no extra sauce...

Very bad customer agents on the phone. 2 indian sounding guys hunged up my calls when I did not understand their English. I asked him nicely to repeat the questions. English is my second language as well but they should not just hung up. I just wanted to order food and I told my address loud and clear twice. Pizza pizza has a location close to our house but they said they can not deliver since our address does not show up in their system. We needed to pick up instead. The third person I talked to was nice. I finally placed my order. It was a terriable experience. I wanted to talked to the manager and she said she is transfering my call but it never got connected to the manager so I could not talk about this bad...
