Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dieppe

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this experience left me very disappointed. I ordered a coffee, an English muffin with egg and cheese, and a box of scrambled eggs at Tim Hortons Champlain Mall, Dieppe. At the counter, I specifically asked the cashier to make sure my food did not contain any bacon, and I repeated it clearly while paying. The person preparing the food also heard me. To my surprise, when I started eating, I found pieces of bacon in my scrambled eggs. I immediately brought the box back to the cashier, but all I got was a quick “sorry” with no real explanation or concern. This is for the tim hortons in the mall. I went up and ordered a large vanilla ice coffee with a BACON AND EGG sandwich. All was well, they gave me my coffee fast. not as full as the tim’s i usually go to but i didn’t care, i waited to receive my sandwich and when i went up and asked they gave a sausage and egg. im allergic to sausage. i went back and ask for the bacon and egg sandwich i ordered and told them i am allergic to sausage. the guy put up a little fight but went back, i think all he did was put it in a new bag because when i opened it, SAUAGE AGAIN. i went back for the THIRD time, when i got the sandwich, it was finally correct. but some of the egg was GREEN. The lady at the counter couldn’t do simple math. My order was 10.05. I gave her 50.05 in cash. She rings it up as 50.00 drops the nickel , doesn’t bother to pick it up. Gives me back a 20 and 15 bucks in bills, 2 toonies and 95 cents in nickels and dimes. I told her I need 40 bucks back, she looks at me all confused. I told her that she dropped the nickle and didn’t pick it up. She looks at me and says I gave her 50. I shake my head and said you dropped the nickel, you know you did bc you looked down at it.
