Decided to try this restaurant out as it was highly recommended by a few people. Had such a horrible experience that it doesn’t even matter that the food was good. We ordered our food and asked for the wait time because we had to be somewhere at a certain time. They said 20min we said ok that’s fine and placed our order. Now I understand things happen and get backed up. But I absolutely do not understand why our food in total took 55min and we saw at least 4 people/groups come in after us get their food before us and order the same things we did. That’s just ridiculous and when we asked we were just told they were waiting on fries and they were in a rush. One man came after us and ordered a burger and fries same as us and the waitress thought instead of calling him through the window that we wouldn’t notice if she went around and we called her out when she came out through the back and handed him his food and all she said was “I know” We told her to just give us a refund and then she started packing up our order. Seriously!!! this is after at least 4 ordered and got their food after us. Now I know we don’t fit the Muskoka look we are 100% latinos and look like it and everyone served before us was obviously white Canadian but that is straight racism! We missed our event and were discriminated like never before based on the color of our skin. DO BETTER, EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF SKIN COLOR DESERVES TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND OFFERED...

Huge disappointment from this restaurant.

Service was awful. Blonde girl taking our order seemed almost miserable to be doing so (Canada day, I'm sure they were busy and dealt with a lot, but still)

She took my girlfriends name, and we waited. Waited and continued to wait. We saw two orders go by and be handed off to others waiting outside with us, so we assumed our order would be handled the same. It wasn't. We had to go up to the counter to ask about the order, just to find out it has essentially been forgotten. Then, we were asked how we would like to pay after already paying when we placed the order. Obviously, very little communication in the store

After getting our order, we drove to a park in Port carling to eat, just to open our packages to what could be compared to a dry rubber ball, fried, and then served. Our fries seemed borderline undercooked, too.

This is completely unacceptable for the sheer amount they're charging for awful food here. Usually, I can deal with either bad service or poor food quality on its own, but not both.

For 50 bucks for 2 people, there are many better places in Muskoka to get a chicken sandwich. Try Fox in the Henhouse in huntsville if you want an actual quality meal with good service.

Awful food, very poor service, horrible experience. I do not recommend anybody spend their money here. We sure...

Just don’t, these guys are a clown show. Food takes a very long time from order to delivery, the quality is very low. They specialise in chicken, but the OG crispy burger were overcooked and did not feel fresh. The club sandwich bread was not even toasted and just a mess. The fries are soggy and limp, clearly cooked at a too low temperature or left in a warmer bay for too long. For the high price, give these guys a miss.

Update. I am aware someone from the management company has asked to reach out to discuss this. There is no discussion. I do not want a refund or a replacement meal and i certainly do not want another very long wait for very substandard food. There is multiple reviews that all report the same issues. If you truely cared about reviews you would be addressing the issues in your operations. They are evident, Weird restaurant layout, even weirder take away process. Poor staffing choices, resulting in very long waits and then very substandard food. For a small town this was unexpected, when you have every opportunity to be amazing and a destination point, but your operations are grossly letting you down. you do not need to reply to me, just fix...

Found COOP through a google search and glad I did. Being from out of town, finding a good spot to eat after a long drive was imperative, and Wicked Chicken was highly recommended. As soon as I walked through the door, "Hey, how are you doing?!" Me? I would later find out Pat was the owner/manager.. great guy. The two chicken dishes I ordered were delicious, well seasoned, and moist. Sweet & Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandy held lots of flavour between its toasted buns; enjoyed it with waffle fries. Then came 'desert' (lol @nikki). Chicken and Waffles with 100% Maple Syrup infused with Bourbon and fried egg on top. Thanks to the chef for personally bringing this out to me (not much of a runny egg guy). Great first time experince, and I will definitely be back to enjoy more of the menu!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken served was undercooked, which is not only unacceptable but also a serious health hazard. On top of that, the oil they used for frying clearly hadn’t been changed in days. The fries came out dark brown and greasy, which is a strong sign that the oil was old and overused. Hygiene and food safety seem to be completely ignored here. I strongly urge the management to take immediate steps to improve their kitchen standards. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values quality and safety in their food.
