Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Placed an order for pick up. 1 stuffed crust, 1 regular crust, 2 orders of bread sticks & wings. Called back not even 1min after placing the order to cancel JUST the regular crust pizza. It took me calling them 8 times for them to finally pick up again. The lady over the phone was so rude saying it was already in the oven so I couldn’t cancel it, I was super apologetic even suggesting if they just put it in their case in hopes they could sell it that way. She said no because it was stuffed crust, I said “well that’s funny it’s a good thing I did call back because my order would have been wrong anyways because that pizza was supposed to be regular crust”…. The lady then argued with me insisted that I was lying and was only saying that because I wanted to cancel that pizza…. When that was clearly not the case so I simply said “fine I will just cancel the WHOLE order”. The lady was so rude and said “That’s fine I don’t care” then hung up on me. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers satisfaction, perhaps getting nicer staff to take the correct orders over the phone/in person and then dealing with the customers with respect.

Typical little Cesar's pizza but I noticed that two of the three employees that make the pizza also double as cashier's and they don't wash their hands when they go back to making pizza after cashing customers out. Big food safety violation. Plus they are kinda corrupt, trying to charge you full price when the pizza is on special for $5 and trying to charge an online customer for dipping sauces that he already paid for. He has to show her that it was paid for. Their clothes is also dirty from making pizza, that's another reason that the cashier shouldn't be making pizza because if they look filthy then people will assume the pizza is to and it is because they don't wash their hands. Probably violating a lot of little Caesars policies to save money by short staffing the place....

I have been in the Bracebridge location several times during lunch and they never have pizza ready. One day they took my money before telling me it would be 7 minute for the so called ready pizza. I was watching the lady that just took my money go to the back and start putting cheese on pizzas without washing her hands. I waited closer to 15 minutes because other people outside the store were waiting for their pizza. I called customer service and they told me they would look into it and call me back. They never did. They also said they would send me a couple of free pizzas and they never did that either. That will be the last time I go in there with so many better...
