I politely asked for a napkin, as I had a nose bleed and didn't want to make a mess, and the floor staff replied with "no, those are for customers only". I was completely baffled. Needless to say, I am disgusted by this stingy employee who wouldn't spare a square.... 🙄... This woman should NOT work within the field of customer service.

Customer service was horrible. Employee had a very ignorant and impolite attitude. A child was politely ordering, and this employee payed little attention, and displayed complete disinterest in what the child ordered (had to repeat), scooped their ice cream, and proceeded slam it onto the ice cream display counter (where the child couldn't reach it), made a big deal out of toppings and extras. I find the staff at this location extremely rude and should not be in customer service. The person at the Lynn Valley branch (think it was Louise - old lady with glasses) is really unhelpful and she lied to me about a product I was asking about, probably to get rid of me. I guess she does not want any customers. I came into the store at 10am on April 7th. Don’t support this shop, really...
