This is my second attempt at picking up a mobile order, and once again, it wasnāt ready when I arrived at the shop. On both occasions, I had to show my order before they started preparing it. Despite being the only customer at the counter, the staff seemed preoccupied with their own conversations, ignoring the issue and failing to apologize for the inconvenience. While I can understand if the location is busy which they were NOT! this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
Ordered a latte again found a small piece of plastic wrapper in my coffee....

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis branch/location is genuinely the biggest letdown and disgrace ive ever see to a franchise in my life, the staff are very lazy and will not make 70% of the items on the menu basically everytime you go because they are lazy but will say they dont have it, the food takes forever and comes out wrong 1/2 the time, and simply make every one of their menu items significantly laziers and worse then any other of the locations....
