Slowest Tim Horton's in all of the West Island...Island of Montreal...Southern Quebec....Eastern Canada. They are pretty much a drive through with a small counter inside. They continue to offer sandwiches at drive through which take a good 3-5 minutes to make. I arrived once during a hot day and people were ordering Ice Caps and sandwiches. I waited 8 minutes to get to the microphone and I ordered a large coffee w/2 cream. From time I ordered it was another 6 minute wait. I should have left? I wish, once in line you cant get out of line. That's why the franchise that owns this Tims should stop serving sandwiches or other food other than already prepared foods through this inescapable drive through. No one has 15 or so minutes to wait for 1 large coffee! You want a sandwich or wrap....go inside and order one. People want a quick order and pickup of beverages at the drive through of any Tim Hortons. Overall this is a terrible Tim Hortons...
Read morePlaced an online order back in November 2022. Trying to get food after the hectic airport before driving my 3 kids back to Sherbrooke. Got to the location and was informed that they didn't have all the items in my order and instructed me to contact the support for the tim hortons app for a refund.
Contacted the app people and they said that I have to get my refund from the store itself. I don't live in Montreal and I'm getting the run around.
Phoned the location. Eventually, I was put in touch with the manager. Was given his cell. He was very responsive at first. Trying to find a solution, since I can't easily stop by.
Eventually, he said he would transfer be a gift card for the same amount so that I could buy food from another location.
I've never heard from him again. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. Nothing.
So I spent $43.22 and got exactly zero food.
I'm willing to change this review if I get this resolved....
Read moreHonestly... Honestly... Just witnessed the WORSSSSST customers service in my entire life. I won't name the employee. Customer orders food and coffee's. The employee start making the coffee first then the food. When it looks like the employee is done with his order, the customer reminds the employee that he had timbit's on his order. From that point, the employee lost it. Started yelling at the customer. Very ugly to witness this type of attitude and service. I work at a Bell building next to the tim's and we go there everyday. Not anymore that's for sure. Nothing wrong with the place, just that particular employee. Very rude and seem's to absolutely be feed up with this job. This happened on the 2nd of March 2019 at 12:40am. I hope the owner will see the review and will take good mesures on making his Tim's a better place. I wasn't the customer involved in this. I...
