Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dorval

Greedy indian owners, putting a shame to your country. Order took more than 1 hour to arrive. Once at home, realized it was totally the wrong pizza. Called them back and they almost made fun of me on the phone and called me crazy because they thought I was lying. All I could hear was them talking in indian in the background, anyways. The rude indian guy over the phone agrees to make me another pizza, 30 minutes goes by and this rude angry delivery driver comes at my door smashing. Gives him back the wrong pizza and he then realize that they we’re actually at fault. I then look at the pizza he gives me and it was just "ok" barely any toppings about 3 inch of crust so they can save a whole lot of ingredients in a day and make more pizzas but I didn’t make a deal about it since I ordered almost 2 hours ago and I’m hungry. So the guy leaves no sorry nothing, no tip back no refund nothing. Back into my home, I start eating and it was the soggiest most uncooked pizza I had in my whole entire life. Not only are these guys a big joke, the manager told me the employee would be paying the pizza with her salary that tells you a lot about their values. there’s plenty of better pizza joints all around, save yourself some money/time and go eat...

I go to this Pizza Hut often as it is in the area. I even have a loyalty account. Today, I had accumulated enough (5 pizza rewards) to claim a medium 2 topping pizza. I decided to make it a pan crust, as it is their classic. I placed the order online for carry-out and only realized when home, that it was the hand tossed crust. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I sent my partner back and they REFUSED to remake it saying that they had never seen him before and only people they “see” get free pizza’s. He even had the receipt as proof.. Pizza hut is a national company, I go to different ones across the province & country and quite often, order online. Hence that is why I had accumulated enough for a free pizza. The elderly man working there was quite disrespectful and displayed prejudice to my partner. He did not believe he “earned” the pizza. That is not his decision. And he kept blaming us that the pizza was eaten when in fact only a bite was taken to confirm that it was indeed NOT pan crust pizza. Once he aggressively agreed to re-make it, he handed it finished to my partner with the words “shame on you, thief” … Ridiculous service for a long time PAYING customer…..This has been reported to Pizza Hut...

We were on vacation in Montreal for the weekend with family including kids. We came back to the hotel to get kids something to eat and put them to bed. We ordered pizza and wings from this place. The wait time for the pizza was 45 minutes when our hotel was only 7 minutes walk from the pizza hut. When the pizza arrived it was not cooked at all .It looked raw and was cold. We called them immediately to let them know about this we were promised a new pizza ASAP. We waited for another hour and when we called to check on the status of the pizza delivery we were informed that the driver did not know the room number. We were so upset that how can someone forget a room number and don't even call to check. They said now they can't do anything since the place is closed. Our kids and we went to bed hungry and when we called the manager to complain he gave us a number for US customer service and they couldn't help us with a complain for Montreal, Quebec. Our Saturday night was ruined and will never recommend this place for delivery or eat in since they do not know how to cook or deliver pizza. It was a total diapppointment and...
