Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Drummondville

We stopped by this place on our way out of the city for supper over one weekend. When we walked in, the atmosphere was a bit dull and there was only one other client. We went at the cash to order our food, we took a special that was shown on the restaurant's window (a deal with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a dessert). However the cashier ( who we assumed was the owner) said that they didn't have garlic bread and instead told us we can add a few dollars to replace the garlic bread with wings. We asked if we can get something else instars that didn't cost extra and he said no. We told him it was a bit ridiculous that we had to pay for their lack of supplies and he said that its the stores policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Ok ....we ordered two pizzas instead and waiting in the restaurant for them. In the kitchen, there was a young boy of maybe 12-15 years old making pizzas. It was a bit weird since he's so young and we thought he shouldn't be working. Anyways, we waited for around 20-30 minutes and then we left. Conclusion: the pepperoni was good but the bacon pepperoni pizza was a bit undercooked and didn't...

Service sucks. Website and app don't work properly. Last year, l 1 call directly to resto 15 minutes we had pizza this year I tried the website kept saying they didn't deliver at the hotel but the hotel confirmed that they get pizza hut deliveries all the time. Finally reached the restaurant directly, "I don't have any delivery guys you gotta order online or on the app". You had a guaranteed sale! NEVER AGAIN! I had St-Hubert's chicken fries and coleslaw 20 minutes later. Next year, I won't bother with Pizza Hut. And I will be stopping in Drummondville every year before Christmas for the rest of my life. I stick with what works. Too bad for Pizza Hut you had a good year one but you can't meet expectations, so I will be sticking...

I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza hut.The food was absolutely horrible—overly oily and lacking any real flavor. It felt like no care went into the preparation, and it left us feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the person who took our order was unprofessional and inattentive. They seemed uninterested in helping us, which added to the overall negative experience.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better options where you can find good food and...
