Absolutely the worst Thai express I’ve ever tried. It’s fast food how can you ruin that? Easy it seems. 12$ for a bowl of broth ½ pound of rice noodles and huge pieces of white boiled chicken that were impossible to cut as there are no knives and besides it tasted like chicken flesh. A few green onions. That was IT. Had some of the broth, struggled with the chicken and gave up. Threw whole thing out after complaining that the quality was disgusting. No sympathy. Tough luck. Oh and forget lime slices. Nothing extra. Nope never ever again. It was actually insulting. Go...

My spring roll was hard on one side, and falling apart on the other. I've never seen a spring roll with so many bean sprouts before. There was no vermicelli in it, despite the photo in the restaurant showing it with vermicelli as well as the website saying it has vermicelli in it. There were five tiny slivers of grated carrots (stuck to the hard side of the roll), a normal amount of lettuce (at least they got that part right), and two small shrimp that I don't have to exaggerate much to say I almost missed.

Pire service à vie. Je vous jure je ne commande PLUS JAMAIS à cet endroit pour livraison. J'ai appelé à 11h et ma commande a pris 1h30 à se présenter. Puisque j'étais à l'université, je ne pouvais pas attendre éternellement dans l'entrée donc je suis allée dans mon cours en me disant qu'ils allaient m'appeler puisque j'ai donner mon numéro de cellulaire. Lorsque je reçois l'appel, je descends immédiatement chercher la commande et le livreur était déjà parti!!!! Je m'excuse, 'mais le livreur aurait pu attendre 1 minute sachant que ça faisait déjà 1h30 que j'attendais. Alors, je rappelle, je m'obstine, le livreur me dit clairement qu'il va revenir dans 15 minutes, et finalement j'ai manqué 45 minutes de mon cours. FINALEMENT, après 2h je décide rappeler pour me faire dire que ma commande a été ANNULÉE?!!!!???? On me dit qu'on ne peut rien faire pour moi et on raccroche. Honnêtement, je travaille dans le service à la clientèle et je n'ai JAMAIS mais JAMAIS eu un service aussi mauvais et vous pouvez être certain que je ne reviendrai jamais dans aucun...
