Courteous service and well managed expectations (they told us immediately that there was a 30-minute wait and our order was ready when we came back. A huge contrast with the appalling service of Sushi Shop.

Only negative: didn't enjoy being asked if I wanted to add an amount to the total directly into the order (as opposed to the payment terminal). It's a coercive practice, especially when we were not dining in, why should I tip in the order for take out that I have to come back for?
