Booster Juice — Restaurant in Duncan

Sent in the other half to order our drinks that we get from booster juice regularly. He asked for his drink and my strawberry storm with 2 changes asking for pomegranate instead of crannberries and strawberry puree instead of the yogurt for dietary restrictions (along with our regular add ons).. to where he was Very rudely told that he is ordering the "wrong drink" and that we need to order the Pomegranate passion moving forward. Then continued to slam and throw things about clearing placing anyone around in distress! Horrible visit!

Now, the following trip.. he ordered the drink (with our add ons) as directed by Diedre and then was corrected again! She saying, again Very rudely, that the pomegranate passion doesn't come with protein and does he mean he want to add protein..

WELL DIEDRE, maybe you should just do your job and take the orders as people know what they are ordering and WHY they order what they do! Maybe Diedre you should think about how you throw things about and slam things while giving people dirty looks. Needless to say Diedre be thankful it was him you were treating so poorly. I'll be coming...

Walked in and there was an old guy working aswell as an Uber Driver waiting. The old guy gave him the wrong order and when the driver was like this isnt Uber and this is not my order. The old man literally gave the guy the tablet and was like figure it out yourself... like what??

Okay weird but whatever, then my friend and I get up to the counter and we were planning on ordering separate drinks separately. My friend orders an Ocean mist. Just ONE. and the guy doesn't confirm this or anything or make us pay upfront just goes to make the drink. Bro literally makes 3 and expects my friend to pay for all of them?? We ended up paying for 2 and It felt like we were just rushed out of there. I didn't even get the drink I was going to get because it just felt like whatever.

I'm not even from here and this is my first experience... not very...

This was the worst booster juice I've ever been to. The owner is a rude and miserable human being. Walked into the store and nobody was at the till to greet customers, he was in the back room on the computer and I had to yell for someone. On top of that, he's very cheap with ingredients. I used to work for booster juice, so i know what the recipes are supposed to be and taste like. I ordered a mind over matcha and pretty much just got a cup milk ice. He then proceeded to argue with me that the recipe was right when I get the beverage all the time and it most certainly was not. Had to demand a refund and he just shoved the change in my hand. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Corporate needs to deal with this mess of...
