Really unhappy with my visit through the drive-thru here last night. If you are trans, do not go here late. It's dark. The drive through is pitch black except for the ordering board.

I went here at about 2:00 a.m. on a Saturday night. It was a couple of days ago. And they left me in line waiting to speak to me for about 5 minutes. I was frightened. Hoping to get out of the darkness and up to where the light was and where the checkout is right?

When the lady came on I gave her my order, and she told me that because the person in front of me was buying a beyond meat burger I was going to have to wait for up to 12 minutes out there to get my 2 minute team burger meal. I asked if there was a way that they could just pass it out to me or I could pay them somehow and go around that car. If that car could wait in the waiting area while I paid and did my business. I did explain that I am trans and I was a bit of afraid out there. And they did absolutely nothing.

They repeated the same line about how it was going to be 12 minutes of me sitting in the dark drive through vulnerable and frightened in that part of Edmonton. Do the people who run this have any...

Food was okay .. one staff member I dunno his name as he does not wear a name tag however he is a young man who wears glasses, was ridiculous rude to customers very argumentative an sarcastic. I use to enjoy going to this location for breakfast however after what I've seen go on I can no longer in good conscience support this location the service was absolutely terrible .. the food is what'd you'd expect from any fast food joint .. an the only reason I'm giving 3 stars for the atmosphere is because it's located inside of the mall other then that I dunno what to say .. good luck to...

Horrible service. Not only are they slow but they are rude. The lady saw me standing at the till waiting to place an order and kept ignoring me. There was one couple waiting on an order. I asked if she could take my order 'I am busy wait'. She stood there for five minutes watching the cook prepare the food for the other people. Nothing else, just standing and watching. When she finally took my order it took close to 5 minutes for my food. 10 minutes for poutine????? Definitely not fast food. I worked at McDonalds and Tim Hortons for 8 years, I'd have been fired if I was as rude...
