Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

Tried ordering through their app but there was technical difficulties, so I ordered through skip the dishes. They phoned 2x for my address & driver 1 more time to make sure he’s delivering to right door. I open box and the pizza is majorly over cooked and burnt around most of crust and part of pizza. I called to complain and she asked me to send pictures by txt which I did. No response so I txt her and her response was since it was a skip the dishes order I needed to complain to them. I place online order at 5:23pm tonight at 8106 82 ave location in Edmonton. Receive notification approx 30min later saying order is ready for pickup. Arrive at store. Woman working at the front is preparing another customers order. I wait for her to finish and inquire about my pizza. I am ignored and she disappears to back of the store. I don’t see anyone for 10min. Nobody comes to talk to me about what is happening with my pizza. I wait 5 more minutes and decide to leave. This is almost an hour now since I placed the order. I receive a call at 7:05pm telling me my pizza is ready.

I would have loved to try the Donair pizza but your poor in-store team ruined...

As walk-in customers my girlfriend and I decided on this place as it was the only spot open in the area and we were hungry. I really only have one issue with the place as the food was okay. Since we were dining in I asked the owner to unlock the washroom so I could make use of it. Unfortunately like many other food establishments in the city, their public washroom was ' out of service' . I'm sure this is due to an unprecedented shortage of plumbers in the city or lack of cleaning supplies.
