New York Fries Bonnie Doon — Restaurant in Edmonton

Usually the poutine here is great, I order here 50% of time when with family. But I had an experience that would make me think about ordering poutine on a weekend.

About a month ago, I had ordered a large pulled pork for me and my sister to share, but what we ended up was last night's leftovers.

Yes, our food was microwaved. The fries had the texture of McCain's superfries you would have as a side with hotdogs. The fries had a crisp to them.

But what got on my nerves was the pulled pork. The sauce drenched in steaming hot sauce with chunks of pork being stuck together, and was terribly hard to chew.

Whatever you do, don't order pulled pork poutines from this particular...

Owerall I love New York fries because it's one of few gluten free foods I can have. However Bonnie doom location disappointing at best. Last time they served me 3 portions of fries when I ordered 4. This time they turned down 3 customers because they run out of fries.

Update....I talked to the staff at the Bonnie Doom location and we came to the agreement that I am going to call the store in advance if I am placing more than 3 orders. So they get things ready for me when I get there.

Another update. I haven't have issues after we talked. I guess this location required...

I use to eat Ehre every once ins while when I was in the mall and they were always really good. Last times I went though I was given undercooked fries that were still hard on the inside. I thought maybe it was just a mistake but I went back again today and once again the fried were undercooked. There's nothing worse than par cooked fries. Won't...
