China Court — Restaurant in Edmonton

This may be the worst attempt at Chinese food I have ever eaten. It looked good outside of the rice an chowmein being completely plain, but it just tastes horrible. The beef and veggies had the weirdest..idk, soft flavour... So much cornstarch so little flavour. The veggies were overdone the beef might be meat but it could be soy and I wouldn't be able to say otherwise. The spicy crispy chicken was mostly batter and the spices tasted stale. My rice had 3 pieces of green onion in it and like one bit of egg. 10.89 seems reasonable for two items and rice, but it's literally just buying you garbage. The Bonnie Doon food court doesn't offer much but if you're in the mood for rice meat and vegetables...

Used to only come to this one. They changed the fried rice to green onion and I couldn't tell what else it was, from peas and corn and everything else. They used to give me such big portions and now it seems they give me as little as they can. Place has really gone down hill. And they never have white rice. And when you ask they lie and say they are making it but they haven't. When you ask how long it will be they say 25-30. So they don't even have it cooking at that point.
