When I drove up to the speaker in the Drive-Thru to place the order I told the woman that I had placed a mobile order and she asked what my name was. She then told me to drive to the window. As soon as I got to the window there was a Filipino man who holds the debit terminal out to me and tells me the total. I advised him it was a mobile order and it was already paid. He then got very aggressive and told me I needed to tell them that when I placed the order. I told him that I did tell the woman who took my order that it was a mobile order. At the same time she was trying to calm him down and tell him that I did tell her it was a mobile order. I then asked for some salt, pepper and ketchup and he looks at me aggressively again and says, "did you put that on the order in the app?" Well, I hadn't put that in the app because I didn't notice a place to do it, but I had had enough of him and his pathetic attitude and being so aggressive and negative with me. I asked of what was wrong with him and why he had to treat customers so poorly. He just stared me down as if he was ready to fight or something. I asked him his name six times and he just continued to give me this dirty look and none of the women there would say what his name was. So I looked at the woman who told him that I had told her it was a mobile order and I asked her what his name was. I had to ask her about three times and finally she looks at me and says Kevin. It felt like she just made up a name and gave it to me, but perhaps, this is his real name. By the end of this interaction I was none too happy and, quite frankly this food is going in the garbage because I'm too upset to even eat it after having to deal with...

August 2015 - I was informed how terrible this location was. The root beer float that a family member of mine had made her sick for two days. She was unable to function or eat any food due to the root beer float she had consumed from this location. A few days later she went to this location unfortunately, this visit proved to be her last due to the following: the utensils given by staff had bugs, the salad that she had purchased, which had been divided into four portions (sharing with others) revealed that there were dead bugs mixed into the salad. Once the supervisor had been alerted of this, he suggested that the bugs maybe just "flew in". This was NOT the case at all since the bugs had been deep inside the salad. This location is not only dirty but also has a foul odor that is very prevalent upon entering this location. Upon hearing this story firsthand, I am completely disgusted and unhappy with this location. Despite the fact that the outside has been renovated, the inside of this location is actually quite filthy and unsanitary. I fear what the kitchen would look like. What a terrible experience, I suggest NEVER going to this location. Consumers see all the commercials from this franchise on TV/internet etc. and they claim that their meat has no steroids or hormones. This may be the case but a serious look into the way they handle, cook and most of all present their food is absolutely distasteful...

I enjoy A&W, and this location has been okay for the most part, until today. As always the service was fine, they missed the three hash browns I tried to order but we weren't charged so that's fine. They were busy and possibly short staffed so it was adequate. But the quality of the food was just..poor. The sandwiches would have been fine except one of them had egg shells...or what I assume was egg shells. I don't know what else could have been small and crunchy like that. And the wrap I got for myself can only be called false advertising. It was three quarters tiny tortilla, nothing like what they advertise. While I don't expect what I see in a photo, I do expect an actual wrap when I order a wrap. This wouldn't even be considered a snack wrap from somewhere else.

I'm just overall really disappointed in the quality of the food, and A&W is my go to fast food. Or was, it's just not worth it these days.

Pictures included show the inside of the wrap, which I assume had a third of a slice of cheddar and 1 piece of bacon cut in half, with maybe a full small egg or half a large one...couldn't tell. Also I wear a small women's glove, for...
