Very quick & cooperative staff. Special thanks to Nirav & Aman for customizing our order & helping us with Bar Burrito online app. This place always delivers excellent service & great tasting food. I am extremely happy with their consistency of food quantity & taste. Must try place if you are in the area. The staff is amazing. The women working there is so sweet to us we are regulars and she always greets us with a smile and knows our order. Very generous with the portions and always happy to tip! Thank you 😊 Had great experience, very helpful, Nirav Was so polite and friendly, I am always here, whenever I need to eat something healthy. If you're looking for something filling, flavourful and healthy, LOOK NO FURTHER.

The staff at barBURRITO were professional, clean, and attentive. Sometimes communication is hard with a mask, but the staff here were EXCELLENT at listening, despite my mask.

The food was fresh, not greasy, and FULL of flavour. We will ABSOLUTELY be going back to barBURRITO again. YUM! Well, I love their food . The staff is so polite. Well, in the end I just want say I eat their taco everyday . Restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Customer service was excellent. Tried few things and everything had the right proportions in it. Lot of options for vegetarians as well. I will definitely go there again. Idk why people are complaining about the staff. They are literally so friendly. This is my go to burrito place and I always love the food here. I live in Surrey , whenever I come here I definitely enjoy the food at the barBURRITO... the food here is very tasty and delicious... the service and staff are very good... Last night my husband and I drove all the way to this location because it was the only one open until 11pm. After a really long day of a lot of hard work, we were really craving burritos, and we thought we would treat ourselves. We drove quite a distance to get to this location. We arrived at 10:45 and the man employee told us that he would not serve us. I said, "But I thought you were open until 11pm?" and he said, "Okay, fine. I will take you". We began ordering and he told us that we could not get ANYTHING that requires the fryer. At this point, every burrito I listed required the fryer so I just did not get anything at all. I explained to him that we drove a really long way to come and he still persisted in refusing to use the fryer. He said, "We can't use it 15 minutes before we close". Interestingly enough, there was a customer in there in line before us when we got there. As I am sure many of you know, burritos and such take at least five minutes to make. Which means that he would have had to have shut down the fryer AT LEAST 20 minutes before closing. I was very, very disappointed with this experience. We traveled a long way because this bar burrito was suppossed to be open, not closed 20 minutes before closing time. My husband and I are exhausted, we run a mechanical business and are both in school full time. Wasting all of this time in the little bit of free time that we have is a big deal. We have been long time customers of bar burrito and so is my family. But this situation has really set me off. Unless this is made right, I will not be going back...

We decided to try it since it is so close to home. The experience was not good. I will suggest you go just about anywhere else.

My wife got steak tacos. Normally one expects a taco to be served warm, but the "steak" was very cold, as if it was from the refrigerator. The hard shell of the tacos immediately got so soggy that they went to mush and all the fillings came out. She ended up eating it like a cold, flavourless salad. I don't know whether it was meant to be hot or cold, but she's worried she will get food poisoning.

My quesadilla was okay, as in it won't kill me, but where's the cheese? It came with a really stingy amount of bland salsa. Supermarket salsa from a jar would have been a huge upgrade.

The chips and salsa were the greatest rip-off I've ever seen. You get about 7 small tortilla chips and again, maybe a tablespoon of bad salsa. If they insist on serving these chips and salsa, which they shouldn't, they should be free.

The service was really awkward, perhaps I just got someone on their first day though. I am not going to go back to find out. Avoid! Go to Mucho Burrito if you can, it is far superior...
