This place is convenient to go to since theres parking in front and it's right by the university but this whole place is so mid. The quality of the drinks is nothing special. I've ordered the Chai latte and Peach Black Tea multiple times and the peach black tea mostly taste v watery and the first time i had it, it was pretty good but the other 9 times ive continued to order it i always end up being disappointed hoping for that same first drink quality. The food is nothing special but it's usually fresh and it's basic sandwhiches so you can't really go wrong w that. The pricing is ridiculous imo. I just paid 20$ for the club sandwich and large peach black tea which includes the 15% tip but the fact that they ask for a tip when you pick up your own food, put away your own dishes / clean up after yourself, and the service is mid? Tipping is a separate topic but in general the whole place is mid and expensive (They also don't list their prices on the menu). They also offer 5% discount for students but they never ask if youre a student. I've worked in hospitality and service industry my whole life so if a guest has to ask for something your company is advertising it means you aren't interacting or doing more than the minimum to make sure your customer is having a good time? idk if that makes sense? One place I worked at, we asked every single person that came to the till if they were eligible for the discount. It gives a better impression on...

I got a Medium Lavender Latte with Almond Milk and my boyfriend got the Medium London Fog with Almond Milk. Originally we both wanted oat milk as well, but they ran out. So I asked for mine with soy milk instead, and they also ran out of that milk too. So we only had one choice for a plant based milk, which was almond and all that they had. That was disappointing.
At first sip, I felt like the Lavender syrup was a little too strong that my drink felt unbalanced. But as I got further along it started to blend well with the rest of my drink. It was good, I liked it. Although I wish I had the choice of oat milk. My boyfriend had the London Fog with almond milk and it was terrible actually. I'm not exaggerating. The milk was too watery to be foamy, so it just tasted like watered down tea with a faint taste of milk.
3 stars is the average of our drink rating. But we had to order drinks we didn't even want in the first place because of supply. So it was a 2 star experience for us. I wouldn't come back just because there's other coffee shops in the area that I really like and haven't disappointed...

This time I got the toasted sesame latte and my friend got the iced version as we were both intrigued by the poster and wanted to try a new drink. Right off the bat, barista latte art is always wonderful. However upon my first couple of sips, I didn't get any rich nutty flavour toasted sesame typically has so I was very confused. I kept drinking it hoping it would shine through but in the end, it was just a regular latte sprinkled with black sesame seeds. I asked my friend about her iced sesame latte and she agreed that hers tasted like a regular coffee. We were both expecting it to taste similar to the asian desserts as we thought this was a korean inspired cafe. I did ask the barista working about the drink and she replied saying it's just regular syrup topped with sesame seeds. Overall, I don't recommend people ordering this drink if they were looking for the nutty sesame flavour to shine through. We both enjoyed the white chocolate matcha croffle though, edges were crispy yet buttery as usual and the sweetness from the matcha drizzle pairs well with any...
