I can say culinary gem located in the heart of Edmonton offering a delightful fusion of traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

The menu at BST is a tantalizing journey through India's rich culinary heritage. The Butter Chicken is a standout dish, boasting tender pieces of chicken enveloped in a creamy, tomato-based sauce that's perfectly spiced. with succulent chicken cooked to perfection in a fragrant, flavorful gravy.

For vegetarians, the Paneer Tikka is a must-try, featuring marinated paneer that's grilled to perfection, and the Dal double tadka is a soulful, comforting lentil dish that pairs wonderfully with their freshly Naan. Service: The service is impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer recommendations based on your preferences. They ensure that every aspect of your dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Ambiance: The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual and elegant. The modern decor is complemented by traditional Indian art, creating a space that's both cozy and sophisticated. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on a romantic date, they provides a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Value: While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and the exceptional service justify the cost. The portions are generous, and each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail, making it worth every penny.

BST is a top-notch Indian restaurant that delivers on all fronts – from the delectable food and outstanding service to the inviting ambiance. It's a place where traditional Indian flavors are celebrated and elevated, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable dining...

We tried this restaurant for the second time yesterday. It didn’t quite meet the expectations as the first time. I would definitely recommend Chinese bhel, it has a perfect mix of rice, noodles and Manchurian blended with the usual sauces and spices. We got it both the times. Next, we got samosas as well for take out, they were average in taste and quality. Then when we went for a dine-in experience, we got chole bhature, Manchurian and Singapore noodles. Chole bhature were great, not too extreme, bhature were huge, fluffy and not too oily. Singapore noodles were a complete surprise, I have tried noodles like these for the time and they were delicious. Finished the whole bowl within minutes. It was a perfect mix of spices in there, without the use of too many Chinese sauces and without being too mild in the flavours. However, Manchurian were too low below the standard. We did ask for extra crispy, it came out being too burnt and oily. Not only it was burnt, it also tasted bitter and not quite right. The sauce was too salty and vinegary. I clicked all the pictures except the Manchurian, I forgot to ask my friend for it. The ambience was quiet and calm, with the sound of typical Bollywood romantic songs playing in the background. Service- not too bad. Yet to try their egg dishes, will visit again to try them. Overall, 4/5 with all...

Bombay Street Tadka in Edmonton is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves great food and excellent service. This restaurant has some of the best food I've ever tasted, especially their egg dishes and Indo Chinese food. Every dish that I have tried at this restaurant has been absolutely delicious, and the flavors are truly authentic.

One of the things that makes Bombay Street Tadka stand out from other restaurants is the exceptional skills of Chef Ankit. He is a true master of his craft, and his attention to detail and use of fresh ingredients are evident in every dish. The food is always beautifully presented and tastes amazing.

The service at Bombay Street Tadka is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy. I've never had a bad experience with the service at this restaurant, and I always feel welcome when I dine here.

And there's even better news now - the restaurant is now open on Tuesdays too, which was not the case earlier. This means that we can enjoy their delicious food any day of the week!

Overall, I highly recommend Bombay Street Tadka to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Edmonton. This restaurant is truly a gem, and I can't wait to...

They have by far the best Egg dishes in Edmonton (or may be in canada?) but this time we ordered Dry Munchurian, Paneer Toofani and Butter Naan. Food was delicious and probably best we ever had in Edmonton because they have taste of Gujarat. Quantity of Munchurian should be a bit more. Gravy of Paneer Toofani was slightly bitter but it wasn't bothering much. Naan was the best we ever had in Edmonton, only Rasoi restaurant have Naans this good. Customer service was good and much better than our last visit a year ago. Staff was friendly and respectful. There was no music in restaurant and tvs were off too which should change for better dine-in experience. Overall experience was 4 out of 5 stars. Will visit again and again to try different dishes.

We were at Costco (91st) street looking for new Indian restaurant to try. Found this hidden gem (just 2 mins drive) near Costco. Nice, tidy place with great ambience. Very interesting North Indian menu with lots of choices for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Probably the best in town egg dishes menu. We tried the Paneer Angara…which came out with the perfect blend of fresh authentic spices and tender paneer cubes. Loved their different style of Naan bread - less dough, tender and great texture. Also tried Chola Bhatura…massive well done bhaturas with aromatic Chana masala. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Definitely worth a try!!
