Borderline Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Mill Woods

Haven't been there in quite some time. Food was always very good and atmosphere was fun. Went for dinner last Saturday and was not so impressed. Waited almost 10 minutes for service, then waitress took our order and we waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers, a bacon mushroom melt and a Bleu burger with no tomato. Got the bacon mushroom melt, not sure what the other burger was, but it wasn't the bleu burger and it had the tomato. We started to eat sans cutlery and when she came to ask how things were, I asked for cutlery and the gravy that I had ordered, and when I did, I was given a dirty look from the waitress. Not sure what that was about. Never did bring up the fact that the bleu burger was not a bkeu burger because we were hungry and my boyfriend just ate it. Food was still good, just not...

DO NOT GO HERE….. I thought it couldn’t get any worse and it’s surpassed that…. HORRIBLE service. We weren’t even offered a refill for the entire time we were here. Wally has changed his wing night policy now and runs this place like a true stickler…we had a dozen and a half wings left over and asked for a box to take them and they out right refused. We offered to pay for a box or bag to put them in and they rudely declined as per management…wow… I know things are tough for the economy for everyone right now but this behaviour surely doesn’t help you that much. They should be disgusted at the fact they wanted to through away 18 wings (or who knows maybe even eat them in the back) …. We used to come here for years faithfully on Wednesdays definitely not anymore...

service was awesome. waitress was super nice and always checked on us. however.... the food. .. got the steak and eggs and to be fair it was a 5 dollar special. so I'm not expecting much going into the situation. but I do expect it to be 5 dollars worth. I'm not going to go into detail other than I completely regret eating what I did. I left probably 70% of the food on the plate. normally I would eat it all just to be nice. but after gagging one trying to swallow a bite of the steak I couldn't do it... still the 2 stars are completely for the service. well done in that department. 👍I'll be back.. .....
