Pizza 64 Millwoods — Restaurant in Mill Woods

The service worker was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. First of all there was hair in my pizza, in the dough and the hair was cut up with the slices. I talked to her over the phone and she talked to me like I was lying, then told us to send them a picture of the pizza. I sent them the picture and they denied any hair. They told us to come to the store and show us in person on the same day. I didn’t have time same day because place is far from my house.so I went on Wednesday and the lady was screaming at me and asking me where the hair was. I was trying to be respectful and talked to her nicely but she kept yelling at me at denying that there was any hair in it. Then I told them to refund the money to me. She wouldn’t do it and was raising her voice saying I’ll give you the money but she was trying to make me wait. Then she gave me only half of the money and said that’s enough money. Then she wouldn’t give me all the money back so I had to pull up my bank info because I didn’t take the receipt. Then hardy return my money back. They didn’t apologize it all. Then their owner call me and said you were rude to my employee. Even owner didn’t took any responsibility for hair and no apologies. This was my first time went to this pizza store. I ordered a small chicken teriyaki pizza for pick up on May 01, 2025 around 9:00pm. When I got there to pick up, the girl working there told me our chicken teriyaki pizza has beef in it. It sounded weird to me but I still picked up that pizza because I didn’t want to be rude, I thought their recipe might have beef in it and maybe we didn’t check properly before ordering it.

But when I came back and we checked the recipe it didn’t have beef in it and also when I opened the pizza it had none of the chicken teriyaki toppings. It was only lettuce, tomato and beef. I called back at the store and I asked the girl that this is the wrong pizza that it looks like a taco pizza instead of the one we ordered.

The girl stated arguing with us and told that the recipe for taco pizza and chicken teriyaki pizza is same and their owner gave them this recipe. We were so furious. When we asked for the owner’s contact she said they were out of country and don’t have any manager.

She said she has chicken teriyaki recipie in the kitchen and its same as taco recipe and she can take a photo and send it to us but she never did.

She made the wrong pizza and instead of making the right one she was making excuses and lying.

I tried this place out on a whim today and it was so good. Kiran was lovely! She gave great customer service and was so nice and the food was made phenomenally. I got the butter chicken poutine and the amount of food you get for just 9 bucks is impressive. I was apprehensive but this place is seriously so good. I’ll definitely be back.

Edit: came today only like a week later, the sign still says “butter chicken poutine $8.99” but the girl(not Kiran-she was lovely) tried to charge me over $10 for it. I pointed out what the sign said and she said that was an old price but nowhere did it state a different price… false advertising is literally illegal. Change your board or...
