Booster Juice — Restaurant in Edmonton

I was excited to see a booster juice location pop up near my work finally. Until I went there. Where do I start. Okay. Walking in, place is very clean and I see they have 4 staff members working. Perfect. Should be in and out quick. Nope. This is the most disorganized location I have ever been to. 1 customer ahead of me, 3 drinks. I ordered 2 drinks, customer behind me ordered 1. It appears the staff was too confused over SKIP orders or something, but they couldn't even keep the drinks organized. One staff member started smelling them, trying to figure out what they were. This seemed to go on for awhile. 1st customer gets his drinks and leaves. It takes the staff a couple more minutes to figure out the other drinks. They then proceed to hand me 3 drinks, one being the 3rd customers. To top it all off. One of the staff members kids was hanging out for the time being. Now. I understand right now things are tough for everyone. But maybe at least tell your child to not be using the restaurant as their own personal jungle gym, and secondly to not be swinging on the door handle while customers are trying to enter/exit. Got the pumpkin smoothie. Tasted like banana easy to make at home so It was wasted money. They time before that they refused to add my own hemp hearts stating they have them so I must pay even more for them. It's convenience I would pay for but I I'm already paying a premium.

All in all not super happy. I do try to give more good reviews then bad but I now avoid this one convenient booster juice. I will go out if my way to one that can do it right and appreciate...

This is a one issue review for me. I buy booster juices all over the city and have never experienced this at any other location. I wanted to substitute carrot juice for the Juice typically provided in my smoothie and they wanted to charge an extra $2.75 for that.
