Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

Busters to us is known for taste and toppings. Our favourite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch been ordering from them for years and never had an issue until now. We made our own with chicken, mushroom, bacon (paid extra for topping) and creamy garlic ranch sauce. There was literally no sauce like dry as a bone and cheese was sparse throughout. We also ordered a ham and pineapple with regular sauce and there was no cheese. Literally everyone we’ve ordered Busters it’s been dripping with tipping and sauce like always. What we got was something you’d expect from Dominos which we never order due to this. When we called all we got was you cut the pizza the cheese moves okay yea we’re aware again doesn’t take away from the no cheese. As for the sauce I was appalled literally. Was only replaced with one pizza and it wasn’t much bette than the first. There was a little more sauce. Overall poor service and pizza. We will NEVER order here again due to this experience. The manager was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with as well. Order from another location you won’t be disappointed. Also we had another pizza place make a mistake almost closing and they didn’t make us wait another day they took the time to make it right and delivered our pizza. love their donair pizza and was disappointed when a location i went to in the mall closed. tried online to order and they said they don't deliver to my area?? right near heritage (south Edmonton) was craving donair pizza again and tried calling allard location edmonton, they said they charge extra over the 3.50 delivery charge since its 2 min over their allowable delivery time? i read in google reviews that over $20 there isn't delivery charge?? i googled locations and found Millwoods a bit closer (5.6 KM but online says doesn't deliver to my zone lol) but she even didn't suggest i contact that location. so do you have to live right next door for delivery???? too much hassle, i was going to order $40 of pizza and sides but its so difficult that i will try a donair pizza from...

What in the wildest wild of buck did you just serve me? I asked for a donair with Tzatziki sauce, literally, that is all I wanted. Your "premier chef" decided he would lather wvery single piece of meat in that sauce like his job depended on it. I did not pay for extra sauce. I didn't even ask (like a broke fuda) for it in the comments. So why did you proceed to POUR 65 gallons of Tzatziki on my donair?

Word of advice from not even an economist: if you train your employees to use the amount a customer ordered, you will win financially.
