Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Edmonton

We normally go to Chopped Leaf as we are long time customers. We were over at the Grange area doing business and we decided to go to that store for the first time.. The gentlemen seemed nice but when we ordered our usual, they insisted on entering it differently into the system so it was easier for them. We said ok thinking it would result in the same price we pay everywhere else... well it was $20 more than usual. We order the tuna sandwich but instead of bread we order it in a wrap. The owner at our usual store recommend this once when they ran out of bread due to a shipping issue. We'll she hooked us. So we order the sandwich but in a wrap instead. Delicious. But the Grange Chopped Leaf at 2550 Gaurdian road robbed us in the price and never blinked an eye. My wife was so mad and would not let me dispute it and she said , "we will just never come here again.!" Not sure why this store does this when others seem fine with the modified sandwich to a wrap without charging an extra $20 for the two sandwiches being made into wraps.. I definitely was not impressed. They seemed nice and smiling but they are training it this way and it costs you more $$$. Way more.... that's another sandwich price more....

I get takeaway salads a couple times a week from the Grange location, the man who usually works there is honest and I get great customer service. But today, I encountered the woman who works there for the second time. Last time I was there I caught her over charging me and adding an additional charge, and today she did the same thing. When I asked why she was charging me extras she acted like it was a mistake…but I’m not stupid. Be very careful if she serves you at this location, make sure you are being charged exactly for what you are ordering. For me, I’m not going back to be...

I am super impressed! I didn’t check their hours when I was placing my skip order, and I sent it in at 8:58pm (they close at 9pm). I was prepared for them to cancel the order, and I would have totally understood, as I checked the hours after I placed the order…but not only did they honour the order, they honoured it on a Friday night. Thank you so much to the staff who is working tonight, I really appreciate that you fulfilled my order despite my ignorance...
