We just made an order through SkipTheDishes just now.

We've ordered here a few times and love it and never issues with the food or courier.

However, today when we got our order the butter chicken had spilled out, and also noticed our usually tightly packed Lamb Biryani, one corner was dug into multiple times. If the rice had shifted there was no way it would have gone all the way down to the bottom. Like as if the courier had taken a few spoonfuls from it.

I don't know what to do and it's frankly quite disgusting. At first we thought it shifted during delivery but seeing how tightly packed the rice was there was no possible way. We decided to throw out the Biryani cause frankly we're just not comfortable eating from it anymore.

(This definitely IS NOT the restaurant's issue, but just wanted to make people aware).

The SkipTheDishes delivery driver was named Rajaa.

Wondering what to do, we've already emailed SkipTheDishes.

We'd like to suggest to the restaurant maybe staple the bags closed like you used to with the paper bags? To prevent people from opening it please? Please see...

Our experience was really good.We went for a late dinner and the host/server immediately notified us that the restaurant was shutting in 40 mins.I was a bit disappointed knowing its still 40 mins for close time,they should have communicated this better on their operational hours that last order will be 40 mins prior to closing. Having said that they soon got another big table after us and we were then notified that they will stay open till every 1 was served, I liked the redemption there. Our server was also hosting and was very quick taking orders,serving and doing multiple tasks at the same time.The food here is delicious! Fresh,quick and value for money.Also the cutlery and linen provided were far superior to the places we have dined before.Always room for improvement? Sure they can do a better job with what they show on their TV screens,any news/sports or any thing decent will add value to the whole experience. Highly recommend and we will for sure...

Have been ordering from this place for a year now. Today i tried the Lamb Malai Korma and truely enjoyed it. It was creamy and subtly spicy. Went well with the included naan.

Today was the first time (June 2nd), I found the dish slightly salty. Usually it's always perfect. Still very tasty though.

My recommendations are Lazzez Lamb, Lamb Malai Korma, Lamb Lababdar, and Lamb Roganjosh Kashmiri. Have not tried the chicken or Vegetarian dishes yet. If you're so hungry you can't decide what to order, just pick one of my recommendations and enjoy! You can swap out Lamb for chicken.

If you ask for spicy, it will be spicy; however I ask for authentic and it's medium spicy.

BTW they have Kingfisher beer. 😏 I noticed 2 bottles in the fridge while picking up my order. Asked where did you get it from. It was loud but pretty sure he said "dukaan se leker aaya" 🤣
