Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edmonton

The first time I ordered from this location was when they first opened, I had ordered 3 different pizzas with different crust each. I was upset at the time when I got home to find that I paid extra only to have all 3 pizzas with pan crust only.

Many months later, today, I was searching for some food deals and stumbled on one with Pizza Hut, I was reluctant at first, but went ahead anyways, picked different crust for each pizza again. I was satisfied that I actually got what I paid for this time, the cook and ready time is surprisingly quick, only 15-20 mins from when I ordered.

The pizza was cut right, nobody gerrymandered the pizza, the size was what I had ordered, I probably would have rated this experience a full 5 stars, but my family and I agreed that the pizza could have been cooked just a little longer, not sure if Pizza Hut changed the formula sometime ago, my family’s personal preference likes the crust just a little bit crispy like it used to be when Pizza Hut was a sit-in restaurant. The location seems a little bit under staffed, especially during the evenings from what I’ve seen, which kinda affects the work flow a bit. With only the one employee there, I had to wait until she was done on the phone to receive my pick up order, another guy was waiting for his order while someone else walked...

I pulled into the parking stall right out front of the restaurant. I noticed a sign in the window. It said any crust any size two topping pizza $14.99. I went inside and ordered a large mushroom and onion stuff crust pizza. The person working charged me $19.99. I explained to her to look at the sign but she said sorry its $19.99. I explained thats false advertising. The toppings were sad so little mushroom and onion that you could call it a cheese pizza. What happened to the quality pizza hut used to have? I placed an order for delivery. It showed as "arrived" after the longest time provided. I called into the store 10 minutes later to ensure that it wasnt delivered to the wrong address, and after 15 minutes of ringing (Went to a VM the first time) was told it would be arriving any minute. After another 15 minutes passed I tried calling again for an update but couldnt get through. At this point I placed an order elsewhere. My food than showed up 15 minutes later... almost 1.5 hours after I placed the order

Extremely slow, lack of communication, and 0 customer service. Overall an awful experience. Will not order from this...
