Karim Meats — Local services in South Industrial District

While the meat is good here the owner is not - BIG LIAR. I ordered for 58lbs whole goat and paid the price in upfront (12.5×58 = $725, better price was given as the order was big). I went to pick the meat next day and it weighed 47lbs, a difference of 11 lbs of meat. When asked about the difference in quantity, the owner said there will be some loss when whole goat is cut into smaller pieces. I don't think that cutting and trimming the fat would amount to 11lbs difference. The owner did not honour the initial price and agreed only to refund me $90 after 2 visits and 3 phone calls. I paid about (13.5×47=635). Please be aware and weigh before you leave. Strong words of advice, Dont just rely on the words expecting to be true. I had to call Taha Halal Meat store and talk on speaker for the onwer to issue me a refund.Taha had better price. I have been their customer for a while now but honestly I don't think I will ever return.

This was my first and last time dealing with Karim meat. I went there for cutting of my qurbani beef into smaller(standard size cut). Upon asking for making packages of one kilo , MrShahid arrogantly shouted “ we don’t have time for that!” I was charged $75 just to cut 68lb beef in small pieces . I found after I opened it at home that the meat wasn’t cut at all ! I called Karim meat 3 times and got hold of Mr. Shahid Bashir ,who spoke nonstop, without giving me a chance to speak ! with same arrogance and blamed me for being argumentative! and asked me to consider $75 as a part of CHERITY!😵‍💫 ( to Karim meat?) At the end of conversation, he admitted that the meat was not cut properly and returned a portion ($25 ). For my experience, Mr. Shahid does not have ANY RESPECT for the customers specially when it comes to complaints!
