Newest update review: Thank you so much for the replacement cake. We are very, very please with the result of the new cake. Not only does it taste good, but it was really nice of them to take the time & the effort to make sure we where happy with the result. So I am changing my review for this location from a one star to now be a five star, since they took the time to communicate with us & wanting to correct what went wrong. So again Thank you! I am very very unhappy with the birthday sheet cake I ordered for my son & myself birthdays. This cake has barely any vanilla ice cream on it, it’s mostly chocolate ice cream. This is not at all how the dq ice cream cakes should be & I’ve bought many of them in the past. Because this is our family tradition that we do every year! I’m just very very disappointed & upset that I spent 40.99$ on a cake that we don’t even like at all. If I would’ve been able to bring it back & get my money back I would of, cause this is how dissatisfied we are with it. Also they didn’t even write the message in the color I had requested on the website order that I had placed. It seams that at this particular location they don’t do their cakes like all the other places. This has been our second cake we got from this location & I’m very disappointed with this store location. I will not be purchasing any ice cream cakes...

This has to be the absolute worst Dairy Queen in Canada. Even though it's a few blocks from my house I will no longer be Goin to this Dairy Queen. Every other Dairy Queen that I've gone through the drive thru have either offered or given my dog a "Puppy Cone" at no charge. Also this location apparently does not have the "Technology" to accept a coupon on a mobile device. The coupon states to bring into any DQ location and all the cashier has to do is enter a 5 digit PLUS code. Apparently the lack of being able to hit buttons on a screen is the technological advancement this store is lacking. Numerous times I have seen employees acting very unprofessionally in full view of customers (ie. Eating toppings out of the bin, groping each other, having inappropriate conversations, as well as 1 time there was fries being thrown back and forth at each other). Regardless of my order being wrong multiple times, this DQ is behind the times when it comes to other DQs in the city. It probably doesn't mean much seeing as how there is a high school across the street that is probably the bulk of this business, but I will be going to the walk in DQ by Londonderry on 14th Ave or the DQ on 127th Street North of 137th ave from now on. I have come to this dq for years and was surprised that it has new owners. I have tried to get along with them but my order keeps being messed up. So I am writing this to let people know how the place has become. I like to order food there usually chicken strips with fries. The fries are never cooked the strips can be lack luster like they are today. To top it off I order a skor blizzard which has never come as advertised. 4 times it's been screwed up and after the smirk I saw on the servers face I will not be back to this location. Its been disappointing because I use to get good service. So I ordered a medium skor blizzard and got a small skor blizzard. I brought it to her attention and she said that was the only size they could make today. With a smirk on her face. The last time the skor blizzard tasted like half of the skor bar pieces were missing. The time before I got a skor bar blizzard she had got them to put in Carmel brownie dough which I didn't order. Today I also asked to get a lid on the blizzard so she took the spoon out with the contents all over the spoon. Puts a lid on it and smirks at me again. So no I wont be back to this store.
