Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

Called to place my order for pickup they said my pepperoni and pineapple would be ready in 20 minutes when I got there it was ready but incorrectly made I called there customer services number back to complain and get the right pizza but it took them 30 minutes to give it to me after my son heard one of the employees on the phone seemingly arguing with someone about the order... not sure if it's worth go back next time..

I went to eat the pizza to find the crust was NOT completely cooked. Called them to tell them the issue but there response was to tell me there was nothing they would do . I let them know that this issue could have been avoided if the call center employee that took the original order was able to both speak and understand English even a small amount more so the order could have been confirmed correctly over the phone in the first place... I then told the customer service person that I will never order from pizza 73 again and hung...

This location is lucky that the food is good, I strongly recommend ordering online only. The women working behind the counter is always rude and twice now has tried to over charge me and then argues me about it. I ordered a 40pc wings, which is $43.99 + tax. I gave her $15 in cash and wanted to put the remainder on debit, at first she tried telling me that the new total was $56, then I spoke up and said, the difference should only be around $30. But again she tried to charge me $46 this time. Again she argued me. So finally I pulled out my calculator and she did it correctly. This is the second time that their customer service was confrontational. I was scared that maybe they would do something to the food after seeing how feisty she was. I will no longer go to this location and I will only do online orders for delivery in the future. I will gladly pay the delivery fee and tip to avoid this type of frustration...

I ordered the cheapest meal they had (which was $15) after 2 sauces and delivery +$2 tip, it came to $25. The pizza wasn't great and they spoke on the phone, that I'd recieved a text msg following the order. As I was speaking to my wife immediately after. I was phone spammed 3 times with calls and voice mails + texts, during my phone call with my wife. Next week I bought 2 pizzas the same size as their 1 pizza, for under $9 at Walmart. Their location was only a 5 minute drive away so this wasn't distance measured at all. When I delivered for Swiss chalet, their sauce was included in the price, the cost to flavour was reasonable, and I would have made $3-4 at best, for such a delivery. I'll just go to Walmart next time and we'll...
