My boyfriend took me here because it's one of his favorite restaurants in the area. And after eating here, I can understand why. The space had a bunch of tables to choose from. We came just before the lunch rush on the weekend so we had more seating options to choose from. Wait time wasn't too long for food. But I only saw one guy waiting on all the tables and a woman popping in and out to serve food from the kitchen, so that's understandable. We ordered the Green Onion Pancake and the Bun Bo Hue without pork. The Green Onion Pancake was fluffy, flavorful, and tasty. And the Bun Bo Hue was so delicious. The broth was light but still very good and flavorful too. There was a good amount of beef pieces and all the veggies tasted crunchy and fresh. Everything we ordered was fantastic. And the service was even better. We were greeted warmly, were always checked on, and we even shared part of our culture with the man serving us. I will never forget the way we were treated and how down to earth he was. This was the first time I was here but it definitely won't be the last. Thank you for taking care of us! We'll be back soon :)

Greeted with a smile and sat promptly at 12noon on a weekday! Pretty sure it was the owner who greeted me and took my order. Fairly busy with a few tables of people. Took my time ordering as I read my book. Started with shrimp salad rolls ($11 for 4) because of the decent price. Didn’t opt in for the shredded mango at an extra $ but maybe next time! Time inbetween the salad rolls and rare beef pho. Which was perfect. I find many places rush everything out at once. Very relaxed vibe. Enjoyed the ambiance and my food. Most sauces I needed were at the table. Room to move as tables were spread out. Very clean. Fast friendly and fresh service haha The server made some fun jokes. Seemed to know how to work a room and make everyone feel at home. Not a vegetarian but a huge vegetarian menu! Which peaked my interest. I quickly sent a photo of said menu to a friend suggesting we come back another time to check it out! Been eyeing this place up for at least a year or two, appointments bring me to the area. Very pleased with my overall experience. I’d suggest you check it out! Prices were very reasonable and food was top notch!

I visited Dang Good Restaurant last week and had a great experience! I ordered the deep-fried spring rolls and the Pho Beef Saté, and both were excellent. The pho stood out because the broth was fantastic—not overly peanut-flavored like at many other places, which I’m not a fan of. The meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the noodles were spot-on (though it’s hard to mess up noodles). The pho came out piping hot, which made it even better. The spring rolls were fresh, flavorful, and had a perfect crunch. They were served hot and clearly made with care. The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and quick. The food came out super fast, which was a big plus. The atmosphere was great too—quiet, clean, and inviting, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. If I had one minor complaint, it would be the price of the spring rolls, but honestly, the quality and overall experience more than made up for it. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend Dang Good Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food served with great service in a welcoming setting.

I'm sad I can't give 5 stars because I don't like to focus on the negative. However, hopefully owners will read this and improve and/or ask for a chance to earn the other 2 stars. We arrived at noon and were seated within 10 minutes despite a fairly packed house. All good. We ordered within another 5-7 minutes. All good. By 1pm (45 minutes later) we had still not received our lunch (2 orders of 3 color vermicelli - mine was ordered with chicken, shrimp and spring rolls). We got it to go. (they did bring us our 1 order of green onion cake to share which took the edge off my hunger - the delay on that was apparently it was brought to the wrong table) So it's busy at work - I finally get a chance to open up my 3 color vermicelli and to my chagrin...1 lousy shrimp. ONE! I don't know if that's the standard amount on a 3 color vermicelli bowl but after all the hassle of waiting all lunch hour for food that didn't make it in time for lunch, I expected more than ONE lousy shrimp. No Dang Good! Anyway, service is friendly, place is SUPER CLEAN and I usually leave there quite satisfied. Sad I couldn't give 5 stars today. Lesson here is don't scrimp on the shrimp if you've already got a few strikes up on the board. I still recommend...
