Omg is this pizza hut? I always had an amazing customer care experience in Dubai, India and China with Pizza hut. But just like the north American flight attendants, these cashiers at the counter are incredibly rude and they could care less whether you'll even stay and eat there or not. I had to choose Boston Pizza as a result, which is very near, but I'm amazed at what has happened to Pizza Hut.
I walk in, say hi. She doesn't even look at me, and hands me the menu. I ask her if they have a shrimp pizza available, and she says "no shrimp here."
I say what other options can i go with then? She says you can look right there on the menu. It's not like she was busy. She's standing right there. She could just tell me what options to suggest.
I ask her if they have any pizza in seafood options, she says "nope" (not no). And I say ok then, thank you, have a good day. She doesn't even suggest me to try x or y option instead. I walk out and she couldn't care less about saving the sale!
Wow. Considering that I've been a retail store manager myself, and I understand how many options we have available to save the sale, to avoid the customer from walking out, I would've lost it, if i were in charge of this place. Wow. I'm amazed this is Pizza Hut in Canada. I feel bad for Canadians. I've seen how the airline industry behaves and now the restaurant industry. This is despite the fact that these people get a higher minimum wage than any of the other countries I've mentioned. Read moreGROSS! Stay Away! Unsanitary Practices @this location. I Ordered almost $100 dollars worth of Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza (4) & found a long hair baked inside 1 of the slices of Pizza (Crust part) after taking a bite to my horror. Obviously, after this I throw away what was left (2 pizzas).
I had to actually take a bite first to found out & discover it was even there, since it was entirely hidden inside the cheese crust part of the pizza & not sticking out of the crust giving me any sign.
I detailed this in the survey I did w/them explaining how I immediately got sick over it & that management there needs to make sure & enforce that everyone handling pizza there wears a hair net. I also asked that I be contacted by someone from the company about this & have received no response or call back whatsoever.
Why even bother to ask customers to do surveys, if your not going to show any concern & respond back. This is not just unprofessional/unacceptable, it defeats the purpose of the survey altogether (to improve, not impede).
Anyone thinking of ordering/eating here should seriously think...
