ORDERED THROUGH UBER EATS. IT’S A SHAME HOW BAD THE FOOD QUALITY WAS. GOT TWO MAC N CHEESE STACKS. THE LOCATION IS 10 MINS AWAY AND THE ORDER WAS PRIORITY DELIVERY AND IT WAS COLD AND DRY. THERE’S NO WAY MY FOOD WAS THAT COLD IN 10MINS. I SUSPECTED THEY PUT THE MAC N CHEESE IN THE FRIDGE WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE ON UBER. I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED SAID LET ME CALL YOU BACK IN TWO MINS AND NEVER DID. DEFINITELY WON’T BUYING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THAT EXPLAINS THE OTHER REVIEWS WITH THE SIMILAR ISSUES. DEAR OWNER YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND YOU ARE NOT ADDRESSING IT. IF NOT? YOU WILL BE CLOSING YOUR DOORS PRETTY SOON.

I SAW YOUR REPLY: DON’T PUT THE BLAME ON THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER HAD THE TEMPERATURE BAG AND GOT TO MY PLACE QUICK. IT WAS A PRIORITY DELIVERY. THERE’S NO WAY ON EARTH IT WOULD BE THAT COLD IN THAT SHORT TIME. THE ONLY WAY IT WOULD BE THAT COLD IS IF THE DRIVER HAD THE FOOD SITING ON TOP OF HIS VEHICLE WHILE HE DROVE TO MY PLACE. ALSO YOU N I KNOW UBER DOESN’T GIVE A FLYING F&@$ ABOUT FOOD TEMPERATURE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. YOU N I BOTH KNOW THAT. INSTEAD OF BLAMING THE POOR DRIVER, START ADDRESSING YOUR STAFF TO DO THEIR JOB IF YOU WANNA BE A HIGH ROLLER. YOUR PRICES DON’T JUSTIFY YOUR QUALITY. ONE MORE THING, YOU DIDN’T ADRESS WHY THE MAC N CHEESE WAS SO DRY? LET ME GUESS, THE DRIVER DIDN’T ADD ENOUGH...

I'm so disappointed!

I was super excited to try the food here and not have to do the meat smoking myself. We waited in line for 20 minutes. Then it took them 25 minutes to make our food which was NOT worth the wait.

I ordered the 2 meat deal and asked for burnt ends and smoked turkey and ordered 2 sides. I asked for the mac and cheese and fried cauliflower ...yuck. The cauliflower was cold, my mac and cheese was still frozen in the middle and my meat choices were disappointing to say the least. The turkey was rock hard and formed powder in my mouth when I chewed it and I saw zero burnt ends...in my BURNT ends.

My husband ordered a sandwich with onion rings and the sandwich was DRY and his EIGHT dollar onion rings were cold... When I complained, I was told it was because it's a soft launch...keep it up like that and you won't make a hard launch...just my opinion of course...also almost $80 bucks for "fast food" for 3 people was a little steep but wouldn't mind paying it of the food was actually edible.

Although I was really excited to support another north-side business, we will NOT be going back there.

Yuck Next time I'll just smoke...

Just another place who asks for tips and doest bring the food or wait on you. I paid for the food and when and sat down and I had to get up and get the food from the counter, and they also expect you to take the plates and empty it to the garbage. I try and avoid places like this and if I knew it was cafeteria style I would not have stopped in and don’t plan on coming back. BBQ wasn’t good, no smoke ring and I had the burnt ends, they fill the bbq cups half and it’s very small portions for what you pay for. Who ever owns this place needs to remove the tip option as the workers who are working do nothing extra which is what tips are for to earn them. I’m sure this place won’t last. I left my trays on the table so they work for the money I gave them instead of sitting on their phones.

Answer for the response: I would have hit no tip if I knew they don’t wait the table. Maybe just take the tip option off and pay your employees a living wage. For the price you ask for the food you should be able to. Also if you think I’m the only one who thinks this you’re...

The lady at the counter was very nice. Restaurant inside is clean and comfortable. FOOD IS HORRIBLE. Not a single of our items were actually smoked, bbq slapped on haphazardly, all meats were dry, even the so called smoked brisket. (Meats were clearly cooked in an oven with just montreal steak spice on them, the turkey is not real turkey, rather a loaf style formed meat and the chicken breast was not even a full breast. Lastly burnt ends were closer to boiled ends.) The portions are ridiculously small for the price.$46 for 2, 3 meat platters, includes 2 sides big enough for a child and no drink. The lady asked if we'd like to try all 3 bbq sauces, which we only got 1 set of each in a small dipping container....add insult to injury, they were half empty. The bun was about the best thing in this order. (They are clearly the pre made bake off kind you find in industrial settings)
