I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lily at Earls, and I cannot say enough about how outstanding she is as a waitress. From the moment we sat down, Lily radiated warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that instantly elevated the entire dining experience. She greeted us with the brightest smile, made us feel at home, and was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s rare to come across someone who loves what they do and is so naturally gifted at it, but Lily is exactly that.

She was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to offer helpful recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. The food was fantastic, but I can honestly say Lily’s service made the night truly unforgettable. Edit: 06 July 2025 We made a reservation to celebration my mom's birthday. We were seated promptly and the server welcomed us warmly.

For the entrèe, we ordered, 'Warm Spinach+Three Cheese Dip', 'Truffle Fries', and 'Kale+Mushroom Pizza'. And for the main course, we were looking forward to eat, 'Chicken Hunan Kung Pao' and 'Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo'.

We were enjoying our entrèes and while eating the pizza, I felt something weird in my mouth. There were strands of grey hair in the pizza dough (base). This absolutely made my stomach churn and I felt disgusted. It spoiled our whole dining experience and celebration.

It was shocking and dissapointing to find strands of grey hair in the food. This episode has left a lasting impression, and my family is questioning the quality control practices to maintain hygiene at this establishment.

When the staff was notified, they were apologetic and did not charge us for the food that we had consumed (the entrèes) and accepted our request to cancel the main course.

We left the establishment with empty stomachs and feeling diasspointed that the celebration was spoiled due to unhygienic food.

Old Review: The restaurant provides an amazing culinary experience, and the server had excellent customer service. However, the hostess made us wait 10 minutes to be seated even though the occupancy at the restaurant was less than 25%.
