Visited the place for our 10th wedding anniversary, as we got a GC gift from our friend.

Good vibe and great tasting food! ("Great" as in it exceeded my expectations). Kudos to the gentleman who brought our drinks. He poured my beer into the glass for me.

I was surprised by how well the chicken was fried (texture was a bit chewy, but wow timing was perfect). Pasta was great. Pizza was amazing but just not my preference (my wife loved it).

Service was very below average. No table visit from the initial tastecheck til the end. Not once the server asked for another drink (I'd already finished my beer by the first bite). I saw her playing around with the phone right next to us multiple times, but now I'm thinking it's a payment device. Wasn't really a pleasant sight though.

My wife asked for a dessert menu and for 13 minutes the server didn't come back to take the order. By the time she came we weren't interested in increasing any sales for her.

I wasn't disappointed by the experience (no offense but I just didn't know what to expect). Rather, I was surprised by how good the food tasted.

As a multi-unit restaurants operator, it was mixed feelings for me. Sad to see a place with such a great potential to degrade itself with the service level. At the same time, I'm happy to say that I don't need to consider this place as a serious competitor (different types of cuisines but hey, it's a competition for all)

I do recommend all to try to the venue, providing that the review helps with their...

UNA Pizza + Wine is next-level amazing. My partner and I usually hit up our regular spot before a Friday night movie at Cineplex, but it was packed, so I decided to give UNA a try based on its glowing reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

We had about 20 minutes before our movie, but the estimated pickup time for our two pizzas was 25-30 minutes. My partner thought we’d have to bail on the order, but I asked if there was any chance they could get our pizzas ready a little faster (even 20 minutes would have sufficed). The host immediately introduced me to Corbin, who went above and beyond. In less than 5 minutes, Corbin readied and assessed my order, and put it in my hands. I was honestly blown away by the level of service. The place was buzzing, and yet the team at UNA was working in sync to make my request happen without missing a beat.

I can’t even begin to explain how rare it is to get such friendly, attentive service, especially when a place is as busy as UNA was tonight. And don’t get me started on the food. The 4-Maggi pizza? Totally unlike anything I’ve had before—hands down the best cheese pizza I’ve ever tasted. The Margherita was equally incredible, and honestly, I’m still thinking about it.

From the lightning-fast service to the top-tier hospitality, UNA made my entire week. Thank you to the team for making such a great impression; I can’t wait to come back. You all truly deserve the recognition for creating such a...

Top 5 best happy hour deals in the city! 2-5pm and 9pm - close - DAILY!

Select cocktails 50% off Select food 50% off

Margarita pizza was a healthy size! Ingredients tastes fresh with the drizzle of pesto and basil. Exceeded my expectations! As did the ARANCINI cheese balls. Lightly battered with parm cheese on top with a cheese/pesto sauce at the bottom of the dish. Very flavourful and generous portion, may I add. Sipping on the rose sangria. The most tart out of the 3 the waiter mentioned. Slightly sweet but didn’t taste like juice. Very refreshing.

As for the space (forgot to take those photos) it was bright sitting on the patio with some good air circulation. Not too hot. Dogs are allowed! They’ve got a cute wall of polorids for all the doggy’s that come in. Relaxing atmosphere throughout the place but on the smaller side. Resos recommended to ensure you secure your spot. High top seating in the dining area as well.

Waiter was awesome. I think he mentioned he was the manager. I could be mistaken but either way, he helped create a memorable afternoon as my mom and I enjoyed a ladies lunch. We’ll be back to tried the fried garlic bread, turtles donuts and more refreshing cocktails!

Parking is plentiful considering the restaurant is located in the heart of south Edmonton common. Shopping surrounds...

My husband and I just had lunch at Una. This was our first visit . i don’t recommend . ordered pepperoni pizza with mushrooms . pizza bottom was so thin and doughy- we were not able to get it off of the metal grate hey served it on. the waitress thought it was the topping making it soggy, but the toppings were fine . the pizza dough was not cooked and too thin to hold up the toppings. ( see pics of doughy fall thru the grate thin pizza bottom ). After complaining about our pizza, the waitress took our pizza back and ordered us a replacement . The second pizza was only marginally bette as they burnt the crust on the bottom but the pizza dough was slightly thicker and just able to uphold toppings. Our dissatisfaction with the meal was noted by the waitress, but management left the young server to try to fix the issue on her own and did not make an appearance. The young server was okay but didn’t seem to know the menu. we asked how big the pizza was (12” or 14”) she didn’t know . asked if we could do a half of one flavor and half of another (hubby likes lots of meat on pizza and i prefer more veggies) she didn’t know the answer had to check on this also (the answer was no) overall experience was extremely meh , and likely won’t be back. Feel this was overpriced for the meal we got.

I would have to say the food is phenomenal. We ordered 4 pizzas, vegetarian, local, pesto and tiki- the tiki was a tad soggy on the bottom (which happens with pineapple) the local is definitely a more sweet pizza The pesto- amazing The vegitarian-amazing I had the house red, it is an in between sweet to dry with enough flavor to carry. We ordered the flight of deserts plus the donuts. The donuts, are each twice the size of a you know who's t bits, there's a lot of them. The flight was great, the tiramasu was espresso flavored The creme was caramel and salt like a soft pudding. The cheesecake was lovely. To be frank, I used the chocolate sauce from the donuts on it too lol. The staff does not operate in tandem. There were times we were sitting there and there was plenty of staff just visiting behind us that could have helped our waitress by clearing our plates or topping our water. There was one gentleman that when he dropped off something he would clear if he saw something. We went during happy hour on Friday. It wasn't over busy. Of the 4 people we could easily just have shared 2 pizzas. We are coming home with half our order.
