Like all of us that live close and love Edo... A HUGE disspointment not just once but twice...tiny portions, no mushrooms, undercooked gyoza had to remind them of the spring rolls and extra sauce...🙈
Called the manager, she was great.. offered us 2 free meals but what A fight to get them with the guy that acts like he owns the place and powers over woman! Disgcusted with his behaviour tonight. Talks over me and could care less about my experience, my gas back and forth...as They unfortunatley messed up again! I asked for chicken wakosobi and sauce on the side.. I get home to rice 🙈
I drive back and the fella that speaks over me once again was trying to tell me I ordered rice when he didnt even take my order. He only came to argue about the free meals that the owner gave permission.
I told him Im no longer listening to him and that I order this everytime and it DOES NOT come with rice!!!
He opened the meal and started taking the meat off and putting it on the grill. I said are you serious?? He continued to argue so much I said Im not listening and almost walked out but the rest of fhe staff were great. He re made it and was not happy about it and again offered no apoligy or anything for the screw up..my time..my gas..
Customers dont come 1st here with him..he comes 1st..if only he realizes that us customers pay his bills and the company he works for their bills too.
Without customers you dont run...
It was A great Day and was just picking up.Edo after A long Amazing Day. Did NOT expect this..
Its sad because the place is clean and the other staff are great and its Close to home but cant run like this.
I have asked again for A manager call back because this is not acceptable...
Lots of buisness are hurting and need support but Respect and efficiency has to go both ways..
I wish you guys the best and hope you get it figured out soon as I see some pretty bad reviews that are similiar.

Read moreFood is fine and I’ve never been dissatisfied, but anytime I walk into any other Edo Japan, I am greeted with an enthusiastic hello by both front counter and kitchen staff. That is sadly not the case at this location and it takes away from my usually fabulous Edo experience. I wasn’t even acknowledged until after standing at the counter waiting to be helped the cashier finally, quietly and with little to no joy. In their defence, it’s 15 minutes before close but I have been spoiled by all other Edo experiences and now I’ve come to expect that Edo charm! I will come back cause I love Edo and these guys are so close to home. Will consider upping this to 4 stars so long as I’m greeted as as I expect to be walking into an Edo Japan! Read moreTired of never getting what I order, it’s been months since I’ve ordered Edo due to the employees messing up 4 previous orders (from other locations) which is the ultimate reason for even posting… this now makes 5 times in a row (again from different locations) Edo has excruciatingly failed including with specified allergies previous times.
It’s usually great food but when I’m the only customer with an order in and nobody else waiting to order it’s pathetic to make such mistakes by not only the cooks not reading the order but the cashier who had to also open it to put on the sauce that specifically told me what the noodle name I wanted was called so she corrected me and still served me not what I ordered is very incompetent.
Edo has gone from being one of my favourite places to eat to never getting my business again....
