Place is new and clean. Parking is ample. Six tables inside with 2 tables having 4 chairs. Total seating of 12 to 16 people maximum. One kid's chair. One washroom which is accessible.

Tried a Garden Salad bowl, with Honey Garlic Sauce and Tzatziki and Chicken Shawarmah for protein. If you are trying salads, try and mix flavours not to lean that much towards sour flavours and balance it out. This combination worked for me. Serving was generous. Salad was light enough that I ate it with a full course but it should be sufficient on its own. They mentioned Volcanic lava sauces having Sri Racha so I skipped it for this time. I do like Sri Racha paired in so many ways but there is no harm in taking a suggestion or opting for lower heat. I am preferably a wrap person and not a bowl person but eating a good salad bowl shows to me that there is so many ways you can...

I do my best to support new local spots, but this place makes doing that super hard. The last order I spent more time arguing with the staff about a “policy” regarding my preferences that I was PAYING for.

Long story short the staff was lazy, unaccommodating and refused to use common sense and logic. When I asked for management or ownership, or even a business card so I could give personal and direct feedback I was told they were not available and there are no business cards/ contact info.

I think local pita/ shawarma shops are some of the best spots to have in a neighbourhood but with this type of service, burnt food and odd “policies” make it hard for me to want to continue to support.

Happy to go into detail and explain with...

Unfortunately, our first visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The cashier seemed visibly annoyed when we asked a few simple questions about the menu—it was our first time in, so we needed some guidance, but didn’t feel welcome at all.

Things didn’t improve from there. The kitchen staff were very loud and appeared to be arguing, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. When the food finally arrived, it was incredibly dry, lacking flavor, and definitely not worth the high prices.

Overall, it was not a good experience. Between the poor service, unappetizing food, and chaotic environment, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. They also claim to be halal but have no certification or even signs...

First the good: The staff are super friendly and orders come very timely. The space is new and clean with white chairs and with marble looking tables. The bad: I made my own chicken shawarma pita bowl with lettuce, green peppers and turnips with garlic sauce for take out. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The garlic sauce had barely any garlic flavour profile, I had to add my own sauce at home. The turnips were extremely salty!! They were cut in large strips and I counted six in my bowl, it would have been an improvement if they were diced for easier eating with utensils. The final straw was finding gristle in my chicken. That's why I gave the food 0 stars. I will not be back.

"I recently visited Edmonton and had the pleasure of dining at Pita Bowl almost every day for a week. I was blown away by the variety and quality of their menu items! The majority of their dishes exceeded my expectations, and I found myself looking forward to trying something new each day. The pita wraps were fresh and flavorful, and the bowls were hearty and satisfying. The service was also top-notch - friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, I highly recommend Pita Bowl to anyone looking for delicious and convenient Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!" 😊
