I absolutely love this bakery. I receive medical treatments just half a block away, and visiting Fluffy Bakery between appointments has quickly become a highlight.

Each time I order a pressed sandwich to enjoy in-house and grab a sweet treat to take with me. Today I had half of a pressed turkey pesto sandwich with some mushroom soup, which made a perfect pairing, and saved the other half for later. Yesterday’s choice was the pressed salami sandwich, and just like everything else I’ve tried here, it was delicious.

As for sweets, I’ve enjoyed the Dubai chocolate bar (twice), berry cheesecake, and baklava. All of them were incredible. I picked up a slice of lemon loaf today to have with tea later, and I already know it will be amazing.

The service is consistently wonderful. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I only wish I still enjoyed coffee, but ever since having COVID last year, I don’t anymore šŸ˜ž I am sure the latte I watched someone order during lunch was excellent. I’ll admit, I’m a little envious as I’ve loved coffee all my life! šŸ˜‚

Since it is still a soft opening, I would love to see a few prepared tea options added in the future, both hot and cold, like a London Fog, Masala Chai, lemon, hibiscus and green iced teas, and iced milk teas. It would be a great addition for those of us who do not drink coffee but still enjoy something warm or refreshing.

The space is clean, cozy, and modern, with a touch of rustic elegance. Wooden tables, a mix of classic and contemporary chairs, floral cushions, and beautiful mid century modern couches create a setting that feels both stylish and inviting. Everything is thoughtfully put together with great taste.

I’ve already recommended Fluffy Bakery to the staff at the medical clinic nearby, and they’re planning to check it out too.

Thank you, Fluffy Bakery. I’ll likely be back next week. If I keep stopping in and leaving with so many goodies, I might just become a little too...

I didn’t even know this place was in the area until I found it online. Ratings look great, but I was mainly seeking gluten-free, and the options here are very limited—plain and simple. It appears they’re trying to be a coffee shop as well as a bakery, and I’m not sure how successful either will be.

They seem heavy on Dubai chocolate imports (or something similar), and the pricing is over the top. I’ll pay good money for good quality, but I didn’t really see that simpl because of an import chocolate or process. Other bakeries in the city have far more gluten-free and vegan choices, and at much better prices

As for the service, very friendly—but the poor soul ahead of me ordered some kind of specialty coffee. It took ages to make, with whipped cream and sugar piled on until it barely resembled coffee at all. I couldn’t help thinking: this is a bakery. Who comes here for...

I ordered a hot vanilla latte and 2 meringue cookies, which was just over $10. The lady at the till didn't know how to accept cash and when I got my coffee it was iced with no vanilla flavoring. I did try to let them know about the error, but the lady simply walked away to start the next drink before I could speak up.

With the issue with the cash and there be only one person making drinks, it didn't seemed like they needed any more issues.

I was going to originally get a sandwich but they had barely any options or selection.

Hopefully it was an off day...

I asked a friend to get me some dessert and she recommended this place. It would have been a 1 star review but a second item that was ordered helped the review. The pistachio cheesecake was actually good overall. But I cannot say anything good about the tiramisu. The texture, the dryness of the ladyfingers, the sagging appearance. It was dense and firm. Like an overcooked cheesecake. I feel bad for my friend who paid for this. :(
