My children love coming here ….we come often here as well..unfortunately today I had a very bad experience . At that time no other customers was around as yet …I was taking my order from this guy wearing glasses and he was amazing super polite and taking my orders. Then when I was done ordering , there were two ladies that walked in and was waiting in line . The guy who helped me asked me to look at the screen to make sure that the orders was correct . Suddenly a guy came out , with a terrible attitude told me to next time think about what to order first before coming in to gangdam. My children was around and I didn’t want to cause a big scene so then I said ok. I sat down waiting for our food then my 8 year old daughter told me that guy was very rude he shouldn’t talk to you like that … I had to teach my children at that moment because of that incident . I then felt that I should speak to that guy . This guy refused speaking to me … the boss came to me and apologize to me . I told him it is that guy that should be saying sorry . The boss said he left . So I was unable to speak to him directly. Furthermore I noticed that guy working in the kitchen he’s actually not working he’s looking at his phone and another guy working in the kitchen wearing blue gloves touching his mouth and nose and not removing his gloves . I feel so disgusted by it. I don’t think I will ever come back . U can actually see like an opening to the kitchen . My kids witnessed it too . Before I left , I saw him in the kitchen on a far corner reading something . Hopefully he can learn from this . If not I feel...

Rating a 1 for service, the food was good so it’s quite unfortunate this will bring down the score but service is a huge part of the business. I came to order for takeout and placed my order for boneless soy garlic chicken half size, ramen corn dog, and rice bulgogi bowl. My order apparently had been called out under “Darlen” and neither my husband nor I heard them call my name above the blaring music and mumbled voices given the masking. The entire time I sat there with my toddler crying and running around as we patiently waited. Not once did any staff pause to ask us if we had received our order. We watched 3 customers after us, order and receive their food. Finally there was a bag sitting by the Uber delivery counter they just decided to look at me and ask if I’d received my food and I said no, to which they realized my order was ready over 15 min ago. I asked why they hadn’t asked me or checked in they said, they called my name and I didn’t answer. The same girl who I ordered from had been tending the till the entire time and didn’t think to ask me? I was staring right at her when she supposedly called “Darlen”. When I finally got the food and drove away they forgot utensils so I had to drive back and get utensils. Suggestion : don’t blare the music to make it literally impossible to hear esp with masking, and if you’ve got a customer sitting there with a hungry toddler, maybe have courtesy to check...

It is my first time visiting a Gangnam & Coco branch. I was curious with their famous Corndog so I gave it a try and went to this known location at Windermere. I’m from west side but 15 minutes of a drive going to this place is not a bad idea. I’ve seen their WEM branch but preferred this spot since it won’t be too crowded. I’m fond of watching Korean Mukbang on Youtube and love following Kdramas. Whenever I see them eating their food, I always tell myself that I have to try it. Out of all the foods I ordered on their menu, I vote for the Corndog as my number 1 pick. I chose Sausage Mozza. It’s hot and crunchy. Cheese is very tasty. Melts in your mouth as they say. Price is Ok for 1 stick of sausage with cheese. 2nd pick is the Dosirak Bulgogi. It is very filling. It has variety of side dishes. Kimbab Bulgogi is a typical wrap for me. Very filling as well. We also ordered 10 pieces Chicken Creamy Onion. For $19.95 with small slices of chicken, I would say, it’s pricey for the taste and quantity. I was curious of the Dduck bo kki too because they always say it’s one of their favorite street food. But with this, it’s just meh. Nothing special sorry to say. The place is clean and cozy. It’s another...

First time trying this place and overall it was pretty good. We had the dosirak spicy pork platter which at $14.50 was a good size and everything tasted good. I had the bulgogi rice bowl which comes with shredded beef and you can pick the sauce to go with it. I had the sweet and spicy sauce and was definitely more on the sweet side with barely any heat. At $9.50 I thought it was a pretty good size for lunch. We also shared an order of yang yum spicy wings which again were good but not at all spicy and we're actually very sweet. The atmosphere is not very good with only 5 tables pretty close to each other so to us it's definitely a take out place only. We would go again but if you like spicy food don't count on them having it here!
