Starbucks — Restaurant in Windermere

My “home Starbucks” is in Albany … I typically go about three times a day. I order the same drinks everytime, not much too them expect a little extra with the mixing . Because I hate when the flavouring sits at the bottom . Now when I have to go to a different one, I say it the exact same way I always have … I do apologize even for being a little particular. Now as I was ordering the second drink at this location, another worker hopped on the intercom & started giving attitude about me asking to get my drink mixed loll by the end of the short interaction with whoever, she told me she wouldn’t serve my order. Not a problem so I went to the other Starbucks down the street ( went last night at 8:57 pm, which they still took my same order and were super friendly ) and again this morning. They didn’t seem to have an issue making it as I requested. I used to work in the industry & I understand some customers can be “a little much” or if someone is in a rush & starting to catch a tone… but that’s just what you sometimes have to deal with in working with the public…

Just because you didn’t want to take the extra little time to mix the coffee, there’s no need to be...

I ordered a Venti-Sized Decaf Coffee, a Venti-Sized Latte and two breakfasts. They said it takes about 6 minutes to make coffee. So I parked in the parking lot and waited. After 20 minutes, they brought me my coffee. We had a meeting in the morning, but we were late because we ordered coffee. The coffee they made in 20 minutes was the worst and not hot. For latte, I ordered an extra shot and it came out with a regular latte. Breakfast was chilled while waiting and was the worst experience ever. I called Branch and explained the situation. They tell me to come back for a refund. Because I don't live in this town, I said that I could come tomorrow. They said they only give refunds for coffee. They said they couldn't give me a refund for my breakfast that had cooled down. I'm not going to...

The drinks from this location are very inconsistent.

Latte: Today, I ordered a decaf late and immediately tasted that they had used a long shot instead of a regular shot. I have experienced other smaller coffee shops trying to serve a long shot in an effort to save money, but I’m not understanding why this Starbucks location would do so. They corrected the drink using a proper shot and tasted much better.

Brewed coffee: The pike place is also inconsistent, with some days tasting diluted and other days tasting normal.

Refreshers: The refreshers from this location have less fruit than other locations.

Whenever the drinks are inconsistent, it is clear that for whatever reason, the employees are trying to use less resources to make the drink. I recommend you taste your drink first before...
